Improvement to Dimiria-I Check Dam near village Dimiria in Kokalaba GP of Narasinghpur Block in Kataka District under Improvement to Check Dam Scheme for the Year 2026-27.

Excavation loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including Stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc inters read with boulders upto1/2 cum size wih all lifts and delifts including trimming of slope and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1 km from the place of excavation complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge. (1 KM)

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 23cum (9") thick including watering and ramming with the cost conveyance, royalities taxes of the materials and labour with T & P required for the Work etc. Complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding of steel reinforcement of different diameters and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including, cost, conveyance, royalties and other taxes of M.S. Rods, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge including providing concrete chairs, dowel bars, lapping wherever necessary with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints for plain or reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons & revetments to all heights & thickness using hard stones of size 30cm and above of approved quality free from weathered skin surface including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging & hammering to proper slope and level with cost conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials, labour & T & P materials required for this items complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying and fixing reinforced cement concrete Hume pipe of 300mm dia (NP-3) with collars jointed with cement mortar (1:3) complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials and including the cost and conveyance of Hume pipes and collars etc, with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work as per the approved drawing etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing 25mm Anchor bars in foundation rock including drilling 35mm dia holes, fixing wedged anchor and grouting with cement mortar (1:4) complete, including cost of M.S. rods for Dams, barrages and power house structures including pull testing of 30% of anchors including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials labour ,T&P materials required for this item complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Depth of hole only to be measured for payment purpose).

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth with all leads, lifts & delifts including making arrangement for carriage of water and with cost conveyance of all materials, labour required for the works including watering and ramming etc. complete and including supply of labour and T & P required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
