Repair and Top overhauling of Diesel Engine driven generating set 6 cylinder of cap 160 KVA Eng No. 84305871 Make - Sudhir installed at 34 AP Tangtse power house complete with the following works and replacement of minor spare parts under para Note (ii) and major parts under para 2.01 to 2.24:- (a) Disconnecting the electric connection of the alternator, decoupling from engine and disconnecting unsv/serviceable parts for repair/ replacement such as inlet/outlet manifold, turbocharger, FIP, air cleaner, fuel injectors, cylinder head, tappet cover, cylinder linner, piston assy, connecting rod assy, exhaust valve seat, insert valve seat, fuel pump, L.O. pump, oil pump, piston assy, crank shaft etc. at site and cleaning the reusable parts with Keroscene oil for reuse all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Transportation of unserviceable parts such as cylinder block, cylinder head, oil pump , FIP, L.O. pump, oil pump, injector nozzles, crank shaft etc. obtain from the above DG sets at site i.e. GE 860 EWS to Sudhir company or Sudhir authorised Work shop for repair, rectification of defects and retransportation of repaired parts/assembled engine from workshop to installation (GE 860 EWS at Karu) complete.

('c) Computarised checking of cylinder block for its defects/ leakage in oil and rectification of the same by X ray welding or otherwise as per manufacturer's specification. (d) Grinding, polishing & facing of cylinder heads in and including replacement of seats and minor repair to cylinder head all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (e) Re-assembling the Engine and alternator complete and connecting the alternator and coupling with engine complete after repair/ replacement of serviceable/unsv spare parts incl testing and commissioning of DG set on full load upto desired satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete. Note:- (i) The major spare parts required for overhauling of engine shall be measured and paid separately under Sch A Part I Item No. 2.01 to 2.24. (ii) Minor spare parts such as plain machined washer, set screw, joint, set bolt, O rings, washer, spring dowel, dowel pin, bolts, pins, nuts, banjo bolts, copper washer etc for proper functioning of DG sets deemed to be included in the item rate.

Dismantling/Disconnecting UNSV self starter from the DG Set of 160 KVA Supply and fixing the New of same cap complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Sudhir.

Dismantling/Disconnecting UNSV FIP from the DG Set of 160 KVA Supply and fixing the New of same cap complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Sudhir.

Dismantling the radiator from the engine of 160 KVA DG set installed at 34 AP Power house and transporting the radiator from site to workshop. Dismantling the radiator in and including descaling ,gas welding the leaking tube whichever required for proper functioning of radiator. After repair retransportation from workshop to site and fixing the same with engine as existing and reseting to complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/Disconnecting the UNSV crank shaft of the DG Set (160 KVA) supply and fixing new of same cap as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge Make Sudhir.

Dismantling disconnecting Turbo charger from 160 KVA DG Sets supply and fixing new of same cap complete as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Make Sudhir.

Draining all the UNSV E oil from the DG Set Supply and fill E Oil 20w40 after repair of DG Set as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge Make Servo/Indian oil.

82.5 KVA DG Set Repair and Top overhauling of Diesel Engine driven generating set 6 cylinder of cap 82.5 KVA Srl No. 4H-3516/1100005 Make - Kirloskar installed at 81 Mtn Bde comp power house complete with the following works and replacement of minor spare parts under para Note (ii) and major parts under para 11.01 to 11.24:- (a) Disconnecting the electric connection of the alternator, decoupling from engine and disconnecting unsv/serviceable parts for repair/ replacement such as inlet/outlet manifold, turbocharger, FIP, air cleaner, fuel injectors, cylinder head, tappet cover, cylinder linner, piston assy, connecting rod assy, exhaust valve seat, insert valve seat, fuel pump, L.O. pump, oil pump, piston assy, crank shaft etc. at site and cleaning the reusable parts with Keroscene oil for reuse all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 62.5 KVA DG Set Repair and Top overhauling of Diesel Engine driven generating set 6 cylinder of cap 62.5 KVA Eng No. 80633741 Make - Cummins installed at ATC Tangtse power house complete with the following works and replacement of minor spare parts under para Note (ii) and major parts under para 17.01 to 17.27:- (a) Disconnecting the electric connection of the alternator, decoupling from engine and disconnecting unsv/serviceable parts for repair/ replacement such as inlet/outlet manifold, turbocharger, FIP, air cleaner, fuel injectors, cylinder head, tappet cover, cylinder linner, piston assy, connecting rod assy, exhaust valve seat, insert valve seat, fuel pump, L.O. pump, oil pump, piston assy, crank shaft etc. at site and cleaning the reusable parts with Keroscene oil for reuse all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Transportation of unserviceable parts such as cylinder block, cylinder head, oil pump , FIP, L.O. pump, oil pump, injector nozzles, crank shaft etc. obtain from the above DG sets at site i.e. ATC Tangtse or Cummins authorised Work shop for repair, rectification of defects and retransportation of repaired parts/assembled engine from workshop to installation complete.

Repair and Top overhauling of Diesel Engine driven generating set 6 cylinder of cap 250 KVA SM No. 003/0062-DG/14 Make - Greaves installed at 503 ASC Bn power house complete with the following works and replacement of minor spare parts under para Note (ii) and major parts under para 20.01 to 20.24:- (a) Disconnecting the electric connection of the alternator, decoupling from engine and disconnecting unsv/serviceable parts for repair/ replacement such as inlet/outlet manifold, turbocharger, FIP, air cleaner, fuel injectors, cylinder head, tappet cover, cylinder linner, piston assy, connecting rod assy, exhaust valve seat, insert valve seat, fuel pump, L.O. pump, oil pump, piston assy, crank shaft etc. at site and cleaning the reusable parts with Keroscene oil for reuse all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
