S&F for Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling size (595x595)mm fixed in powder coated Anodised aluminium frame (snapgrid) of standard section (a) aluminium wall angle 40mmx25mmx2mm, (b) aluminium main tee 36.5x25mmx1.40mm, (c) aluminium cross tee 23.5mm x 26.4mmx 1.40mm, (d) aluminium bracket at cross junction 25mm long (e) mild steel suspender duly fabricated @ 605mm C/C 4mm dia & 600mm long average with the 4mm thick GI suspender in ceiling and applying on one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as directed.Including fixing all arrangements required in RCC roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of antifungal weather proof paint over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint in comouflage pattern of three or more colors as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer including a thin layer of birla wall care putty not less than 1mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment by providing 90-100 micron thick polymeric water proofing membrane over levelling coarse on non-approachable roof (where required) complete all as mentioned below as specified: 1. Average 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with polymer based water proofing compound when levelling coarse is still green. 2. After the surface is fully dried, it shall be cleared free from dust and shall be painted with a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters/Sqm. 3. After primer, the entire roof surface shall be applied with hot, blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm 4. Over hot bitumen, polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film and standard weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm shall be laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacture’s instruction and strict supervision of manufacture’s technical representativeincluding as required on vertical surface in perapet. 5. Laying 40mm thick brick tiles over a bedding layer 20mm screed in CM 1:4. The cement mortar screed shall be mixed with polymer based liquied water proofing additive @ 5% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification/instructions and tiles joints shall be filled with 1:3 cement mortar mixed with crude oil as per SSR 2009 (part-I).

M&L for Gypsum Perforated particle board/tiles for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm and 25mm thick in size, fixed with nails or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified & directed.

S&F UPVC window 3 Track size as required at site, wall thickness 1.2mm + 0.25. made out of extruded section plain UPVC section. The window frame made out of Rigid UPVC section meter cut at 4 corners & joint with plastic fusion welding with internal reinforced required. The shutter section made out of extruded Rigid UPVC with internal reinforced with provision of 5mm toughened glass and incl deco grill. The window shall be fixed to the wall using 65x100mm long MS fasteners at suitable place provided for each vertical and horizontal member etc. complete as specified and directed.

S&F UPVC fixed type window size as required at site, wall thickness 1.2mm + 0.25. made out of extruded section plain UPVC section. The window frame made out of Rigid UPVC section meter cut at 4 corners & joint with plastic fusion welding with internal reinforce required. UPVC frame with internal reinforced with provision of 10 mm toughened glass requirement. The window shall be fixed to the wall using 65x100mm long MS fasteners at suitable place provided for each vertical and horizontal member etc. complete as specified and directed.

S&F UPVC Door of wall thickness 1.2mm +0.25. made out of extruded section plain UPVC section. The Door frame made out of Rigid UPVC sections meter cut at 4 corners & joint with plastic fusion welding with internal reinforce required. The Shutter section out of extruded Toughened Glass of 10 mm thick as per requirement. The Door shall be fixed to wall using 65x100mm long fasteners at suitable place provided or each vertical and horizontal member etc. complete as per manfacture's specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in hard standing finishing the surface without extra cement even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anti-termite treating the bottom and sides of excavation at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anti-termite treating the top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anti-termite treating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm thick dry lean concrete. Shall be M 15 (design Mix with min 240 Kgs cement / cum) including necessary form work , rolling & compaction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick layers of sand including spreading over DBM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 400 micron polythene film over sand layer complete all as specified in IS-2508. Note :- (i) Side lap of 150mm and end lap of 300 mm shall be provided wherever required. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for the laps. (ii) Clear area only shall be considered for payment purpose and nothing extra shall be allowed for laps.

M&L for 290 mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) as per design using crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural strength of 45 Kg/Sq cm in pavement using non circular/triangular synthetic fiber as per manufacturer’s instructions @0.25 % wt of cement ( min cement constant shall be 400 Kg / cum) laid to level, gradient and camber including necessary form work and belting & brooming all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Non-circular/triangular fiber to be measured and paid separately at supply only rates. In case cement requirement is more than min content, nothing extra will be paid. (ii) In the event of increase in cement content as per design mix formula, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rates are deemed to include for the same.

Supply only polyester non circular/triangular fiber 12 mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260oC and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 complete ( @ 0.25 of wt of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 25 mm thick and full depth of PQC of expansion joints filled with compressible closed cell premoulded high performance joint filler board HD-100 on top of filler board for complete width of joint provision of closed cell polyethylene rod 30mm dia , filler with polyurethane sealent (minimum depth of sealent above polyethylene rod shall be of 15 mm ) complying with BS-5212 & BS -4254 and EN 141875 -2003 ( for hydrolysis / water resistance test ) pumping the sides with minimum MAF+ 30 % (with ten years performance guarantee ) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed. and shown on drawing.

M & L for forming dummy joint cutting with diamond cutter to a depth of 80mm and 8 mm wide initially and top 25mm, to accommodate polyethylene rod and sealent 6mm wide provision of closed cell polyethylene rod of 10 mm dia sealent with (15 mm depth minimum above polyethylene rod ) polyurethane sealent complying with BS-5212 & BS -4254 and EN 141875 -2003 ( for hydrolysis / water resistance test ) priming the sides with minimum MAF+ 30 % (with ten years performance guarantee ) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

M & L for forming construction joint 25mm deep and 8 mm wide (using diamond cutter ) applying one coat white wash to the exposed vertical faces of slaves providing polyethylene rod 10mm dia and sealent with polyethylene sealent (minimum depth of sealent above polyethylene rod shall be of 15mm) complying with BS-5212 & BS -4254 and EN 141875 -2003 ( for hydrolysis / water resistance test ) priming the sides with minimum MAF+ 30 % (with ten years performance guarantee ) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

M&L , earthing complete for machinary / Equipment installed at power house / sub station with galavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cmx 60 cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less then 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less then 1.5m below normal Ground level connected galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washerws and check nuts all shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part- I connected to main board / disribution board complete .Earthing GI lead and GI protection pipe 15 mm dia light grade upto 7.5 m from earth pit connecting to machinary/ equipment, testing point, all as specified and testing on complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) The unit rate shall also included for earth work in hard /dense soil , PCC type C-I (1:3:6) chamber , PCC 1:2:4 type B-I cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars,150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium graded , GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to items No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub heading earthing specified in SSR Part - II. S&Laying brick covering as mechanical protection to cables with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with copper plate of size 60 cmx 60 cmx 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less then 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less then 1.5m below normal Ground level connected to copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts and nuts, washerws and check nuts all shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part- I connected to testing point, all as specified and testing on completion all as per directed. (ii) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid separatelly if required under appropriate Schedule. Note :- (i) Earthing shall be tested as specified in casul 19.137 of SSP PART - I 2009 , to the entire satisfication of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) On teting after completion of earthing , if the desired earth resistance is not obatined the earthing wiil be re done by the contractor at no extra cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engr - in - charge.

M&L for Earthing with copper earth plate 900 x 600 x 5 mm thick buired directly in ground (earth pit not less that 12' deep below ground level and 4' width ) connected to copper earth strip 32x 6 mm by means of copper brazing after tighten by bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper from earth pit to test point with protection GI pipe of size 50mm dia light grade for copper strip ,GI watering pipe 25 mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh including PCC chamber of cement concrete and Pre-cast RCC Pit cover etc complete with alternate layer of salt crystal (200Kgs), charcol (250Kgs), magnesium sulphate crystal (100 Kgs) all as specifed and in electrical plate No 2 directed by Engr-in-charge

Note :- The earthing result should be less than 1 ohm , contractor is laiable to re-do the earthing and chemical filling till the desired result achieved. Note :- (i) The unit rate shall also included for earth work in hard /dense soil , PCC type C-I (1:3:6) chamber , PCC 1:2:4 type B-I cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars,150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium graded , GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to items No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub heading earthing specified in SSR Part - II. (ii) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid separatelly if required under appropriate Schedule. Note :- (i) Earthing shall be tested as specified in casul 19.137 of SSP PART - I 2009 , to the entire satisfication of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Air termination single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75X75X25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head srrew complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for copper strip of size 20X3 mm with saddles and fixing screw etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for copper strip of size 32X6 mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.
