Replacement of ASPM&AWPM motor (155 to 158KW) Dismantling the terminal cover and power cable of failed motor. Replacement of defective motor by spare motor. Cleaning and Reconnecting of power cable terminals. Checking the IR value and DC resistance value of motor. Improving the IR value by flood light. Tightness checking of power cable terminals at beaker end. Assembling the terminal cover. Commissioning of motor. Measuring load currents at idle and full load condition. Including cost of T&P and consumable etc
Servicing of three phase power contactor -400 A capacity:- Disconnecting the power contactor limb bolt and nuts and control wires. Removing the power contactor from the panel. Dismantling the power contactor. Cleaning of all parts of power contactor by cleaning agent. Checking the healthiness of 415 volt power coil. Assembling and checking the performance of power contactor. Refixing the power contactor in the panel. Replacing the indication lambs, switches, and resistor if necessary. Cleaning and checking the function of control switches. Tightness checking of all control wires. Including cost of T&P and consumable etc

Maintenance of auxiliary motor (Upto 55 KW):- Dismantling the terminal cover of motor. Disconnecting the power cables. Cleaning and Reconnecting of power cable terminals. Replacing the lug, bimetallic sheet, earthing cable, cooling fan, cooling fan cover, bolt, nut, washer, terminal black etc if necessary. Applying grease. Assembling the terminal cover. Replacement of defective motor by healthy one if necessary. Checking the IR value and DC resistance value of motor. Improving the IR value by flood light if necessary. Measuring load currents at idle and full load condition. Cleaning and checking the function of control switches. Replacing the Control switches if necessary. Tightness checking of all control wires.
