Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base, sub floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over 20 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6, laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing with beeswax polish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) over fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces of wall as backing of skirting and dado all as specified and as directed by Enginer -in -charge.

M/L for Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing with beeswax polish, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Vitrified ceramic (Dark shade) tiles 600x600x 8 mm in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 and pointed with white/coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic (Dark shade) tiles 600x600x 8 mm thick in tiles as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick Perforated particle board/ tiles for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 2 mm thick plain coloured linoleum sheet fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's speification and sealed complete in floors including all necessary cutting, fixing and stretching, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L anodised aluminium frame work for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated (thickness of powder coating minimum 50 micron) anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No) hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No.) suitable handle (1 No), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of chowkat with shutter without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5sqm each but not exceeding 4 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, grating, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders: framed balusters, wall ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet glass 5.50 mm thick ordinary quality & glazing with rubber gasket in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated (thickness of powder coating minimum 50 micron) anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with pulverised fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved quality ISI marked (350 X 250 X 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm / 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the tiles, laid over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick work and concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Kitchen sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick (SS grade 304AISI 18/8) IS embossed (IS:13983) glossy finish kitchen sink with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in Brick walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI tubes, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors, bore of pipe 15mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bib taps, cast copper alloy 15 mm bore with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC pipes (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor for 75 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work Hand rails, drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire , etc.; flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc. for cable duct, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick mild steel chequered plates, channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment with Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering to be prepared for hanging, or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings running rails and guides and haninging also fastening and fixig complete conforming to FE-410 W (GDE-E-250) Quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thk plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), surfaces finished even & smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips 3 mm thick and 38 mm wide, fixed in position to conform to design, complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of fixing shall be deemed included in the unit rates of PCC flooring).

Excavation in soft/loose soil as in post holes each n.exc 0.50Cum, getting out, returning, filling, in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete or in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel work in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rail and guides for sliding doors, fixing with angle cleats or other connecting pieces, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde - E-250) quality-B, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5Mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, benching on chajjas, roof kerbs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 75 mm thick as in plinth protection/path/pavings etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring, using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm single core conforming to IS 694 including medium duty concealed unplasticised PVC conduit conforming to IS 9537(part-3) and ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with concealed in wall pressed steel terminal box of not less than 1.6 mm thick of required size including painting terminal boxs inside and outside with two coat of synthetic enamle paint over one coat of red oxide primer with top cover 3 mm thick bakelight laminated sheet with brass screws and Cup washer with all assessories including FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm single core in green colour as earth wire connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by 1 No. one way 5/6 Amp switch.

S&F switch piano flush button single pole one way 6 Amp, 240 Volts conforming to IS 3854 ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB’s single pole, 10 KA, 6 Amp to 40 Amp 240 Volts and of ''B'' series with required wiring connections and lugs etc and erecting in provided encloser/distribution board. MCBs shall be of current limiting type, ISI marked conforming to IS 8828-1996, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB’s single pole and neutal, 10 KA, 32 Amp to 40 Amp 240 Volts and of ''B'' series with required wiring connections and lugs etc and erecting in provided encloser/distribution board.
