Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grinding of existing kota stone flooring surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed over and incl 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for (i) Surface preparation and Priming Coat:- Existing surface shall be clean, free from all dirt and foreign debris, and shall be dry. All surfaces must be structurally sound, any unsound material(s) removed by chipping or scarifying. Oil and other contaminants should be removed by solvents or acid etching, and all resultant residues thoroughly removed. When acid etching, surface shall be thoroughly rinsed and neutralized with a 1% ammonia solution. One part of Epoxy Concrete Primer to be diluted with two parts water and applied over the entire area with roller/squeegee at a coverage rate not less than 0.12 Kg/m2. The surface shall be fully coated with primer without allowing the material to accumulate in low spots. Continue.........

(ii) Patch Work/ Resurfacer:- The entire area should be flooded with water and checked for depressions of 1/16" or greater. Depressions shall be leveled properly using acrylic resufacer by mixing 1 part of Acrylic Resurfacer to 1 part #60 - #100 mesh silica sand. Only small amount of water to be added if necessary, to achieve workability. Once patching is complete, two applications of Acrylic Resurfacer shall be applied to the surface. Water ,silica sand, and Acrylic Resurfacer must then be mixed thoroughly (50 Kg. of Acrylic Resurfacer 40 Kg. Cement 50 Kg. of Silica sand #80 Clean drinking water @ 1.10 kg/Sqm) until the material is consistent. The amount and size of the sand may be varied to achieve different textures and filling properties. Larger sand will have greater filling properties. The mixed product shall be applied to the surface using a soft, rubber squeegee. The finished surface shall have a uniform appearance and be free of ridges and tool marks. 2nd application should be 90°angle to the 1st application. The coverage rate for acrylic resurfacer shall be 0.29 - 0.40 kg/m2 per application of undiluted material. SBR layer 8 mm thick styrene butadiene rubber cushion to be laid with SBR granules of appropriate size mixed with acrylic binder.

(iii) CUSHION COAT:- Cushion Coat is a resilient, multi-layered application designed to provide the player with added comfort and a more enjoyable playing experience by reducing shock to the lower extremities. Apply 4 coats of Cushion Powder mixed with acrylic binder. Sand shall not be added to cushion coat. The consumption rate for the powder cushion coat is 0.29 kg/m2. cushion coats shall be applied using a soft rubber, or notched squeegee. Each application should be applied perpendicular (90 degrees) to the previous coat. A drying time of at least of 5 hours between each Cushion coat shall be allowed. Each coat must be fully cured before proceeding to the next coat or water may become trapped between the cushion layers and cause peeling and blistering.

(iv) COLOR Coat:- Color Coat is a wear resistant, 100% acrylic emulsion consisting of brilliant pigments and quality polymers that are blended into a highly concentrated form and it should not contain any asbestos, lead, or mercury. Two coats of textured base coats (25 Kg. of acrylic color emulsion, 7 - 12 Kg. of Silica sand #80 and clean drinking water 0.615 kg/Sqm) to be applied in perpendicular directions followed by a non-textured top coat pulled parallel to the net. Texture coat coverage is approximately 0.26 kg/m2 per application of undiluted material (v) Game line marking:- game line marking to be done as per standard with floor based line paints. Note:- application shall strictly be carried out by the authorised vender/ manufacturers with all specifications and as approved by the GE. The manufacturer shall give a guarantee for the peformance & durability for 5-years.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of wall scrapping by machanical means and applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion paint (APEX ULTIMA) using roller brush over one coat of primer and over incl one coat of Birla putty complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the rubbish out of MoD Land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7 mm or 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick with matching highlighter over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match coloured tiles (Design/colour of tiles will be approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore dia Stainless Steel finish angular stop cock with wall flange quarter turn full Antique including cover plate complete in all respect complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15mm bore dia CP finish Bib Cock quarter turn including cover plate complete in all respect complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electric driven booster pump of capacity 1.0 HP with water tank of 24 ltrs capacity ,single phase, voltage range 180-240V including wiring and other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes of size 25 mm dia, SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PP-R gate valve 25 mm bore with fittings complete all as specified and directed.
