B. Construction of Pump House, D-Tank, fencing of pump house area with barbed wire as per approved drawings and PWD specifications

Const of Pump House Size 10’ x 8’ and 11’ht. with 9” thick walls with brick masonary in 1:7 cement sand mortar, RB slab 1:2:4,6” thick with brick plumbing, cement plaster 1:6, 12.5mm thick on walls, cement plaster 1:4, 12.5mm thickness on ceiling, cement pointing 1:3 deep variety out side the pump house, as per approved drawing.

Construction of D-Tank as per approved drawing with brick masonary 1:5 in cement sand mortar in foundation and above plinth level, with cement plaster 1:3, 12.5mm thickness on walls in side, cement plaster 1:4, 12.5mm thick outside D-tank.

Const. of barbed wire fencing around the pump house and D-Tank as per approved drawing

C. Laying of PVC Underground Pipe Line

Dag Belling double kassi stroke V-Shape minimum 10 cm depth.

Exacavation by mechanical means (JCB or Hydrulic excavator) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including trimming. Earth work excavation trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling, consolidation, watering, including the cost of dewatering of rain water,Diversion for traffic, nightsignals. Providing & fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to the houses, watching, fencing etc.and removal of surplus soil outside/inside the town involving lead upto 15mtr. complete in all respect. In all classes of soil except rocky.

Providing, Laying, fixing and jointing of PVC Pipes as per ISI 4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing complete as per specification . 200 mm o/d pipe of 2.5 kgf./sqcm
