M&L for preparation old surfaces of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white/lime wash on walls including cornices, pilasters etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on surface of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Applying one coat of exterior emulsion tera cota on plastered wall surfaces, concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces including washing rubbing down and scrapping smoke soot moulds, moss and greasing sports with steel wire brush and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Ladders, scaffolding will be provided by Contractor where required)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc.including racking out joints,hacking for key scrubing down with water & receive plaster upto double story height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete solid block made of cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in masonry, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of plastered or unplastered and applying two coats of cement base paint over chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Ladders, scaffolding will be provided by Contractor where required)

S&F in Repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed (each line wire to be measured)
