Comprehensive maintenance of Passenger lift

SH-I ::- Comprehensive maintenance i/c rectification of faults etc including general inspection , carrying out general cleaning of car, control panel , replacement and repairing of all defective / faulty materials lubricating the rotating parts during the maintenance etc whatsoever as required for the following lift . (i) 06 passenger Lift -1 No. Note :- (i) Faults will have to be attended within four hours. If faults, not attended by the agency within four hours, penalty clause will be applicable i.e. Rs.100/= per hour for extended period. (ii) In case of poor performance 10% of Bill amount will be deducted during the period. (iii) Comprehensive maintenance covers all items/parts of the lift except (Lift car & door, main hoist rope, governor rope, main traction sheave & main drive).
