Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

PCC Type B2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws with bent to a curve (of any radius as per required) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.(Make : AZ-150 TATA/JSW/BHUSHAN)

S&F of steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confrming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor framed work such as grills, grating, etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or rivted, for forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walf ways railing framework of water tanks and similiar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde -E- 165 complete all as specified. Note : Ladders fixied in PCC, PCC paid and measured in Item No. 04

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 12 MM thick Ready mix plaster (Make: Ultratech readiplast / Birla Aerocon RMP / ACC Suraksha RMP) on brickwork or concrete surface of wall (Internal Surfaces) finished even smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 MM thick Ready mix plaster (Make: Ultratech readiplast / Birla Aerocon RMP / ACC Suraksha RMP) on brickwork or concrete surface of wall (External surfaces) finished even smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) in kerbs , rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & apply two coats of dry distemper, white or tinted over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls & apply two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/chipping off loose concrete surfaces,pillout concrete ceiling of any type of structure of any thickness by chiselling or as directed by Engr-in-Chrage and removal of debries upto a distance of 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. (Complete removal surface to be verified by Enginr-in-Chrage before apply next treatment). Note:- (a) The work for Srl item No.19 & 20 shall be executed directly by FOSROC company or their authorized applicator. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, all kind of labours,tools and plants,scaffolding and working upto 25 mtr height from ground level. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts,ropes,helmets,safety net etc.Which are required for safety of working at height 25 mtr and all rates shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates.

S&F of hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4.00 kg weight per squre meter cut to lengths,bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed. Make:-(a)Tiger Brand wire netting,Varada Manufacturing Co.,5118,Bazar Sirkiwala,Delhi-6,India Landmark Near Chawri Bazar Metro Station.(b) Suregreen Ltd Delhi.

M&L for guniting with cement and coarse sand in ratio1:3 with including FOSROC Nitobond SBR mixed @ 1Ltr per 50kg of cement and water contant ratio 0.45 used as per manufacturer's instruction using stotcrete pumps and allied equipment,uniform thickness of 25mm to 40mm complete on RCC beams, pillars, columns, chajjas, ceiling and dom of water storage tanks etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. (Mixture shall be verified by Engineer-in-Chrage for each batch on ground,without inform to authorities workdone shall be treated as cancelled).

Dismantling old non gear/gear operated MS/Steel rolling shutter/MS Shutter of any size any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

S & F for 1.25mm steel rolling shutters, with gear opreated type with bevel gear box and crank handle without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete push or manual type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F safety leaver locks mild steel with 4 leavers for Rolling Shutters fixing complete all as specified and directede by Engr-in-Chrage. (Make: Harrison/Godrej or equivalent).
