Chipping loose concrete and Exposing existing RCC columns,beams,slabs,lintels,pardis etc.including plaster beyond main reinforcement carefully by means of chisel and hammer or mechanically including necessary double scaffolding ,erecting horizontal platforms at working levels to collect the debris, propping with top and bottom runners as directed stacking the debris in the compound as directed and caring away the same outside the premises etc. complete.

RELIEVING STRUCTURAL MEMBERS Relieving structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superposed loads partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. including providing necessary timber runners, bracing , jacking up arrangement all complete to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge(Removing and redoing of brickwork, if required ,shall be paid separately.

Chipping of existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC Columns, Beams, Slabs and Chajjas on External and internal facades etc beyond main r/f.(if required in the opinion of the Consultant),carefully with chisel and hammer providing and applying ' Rusticide SS' Rust passivater or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names to existing r/f bars including wire brushing of reinforcement, cleaning washing of concrete etc complete as directed.Providing and applying two coats of rust preventer slurry made out of " Polyalk Fixoprime"or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names and cement in proportion 1:1:5 to existing r/f bars as directed complete.Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and e/f substrates complete as directed Providing and applying "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names,Polymer modified cement mortar in Required proportion(1:5:15) to RCC members including hand packing,curing and making the surface rough for plastering.

FILLING AND REINSTATING OF SEPARATION CRACKS Opening the Separation cracks at the Junction of RCC and Masonry where ever directed and instructed into "V" Grooves 2" to 3" from the either side of the cracks by carefully marking the areas to be opened up using a cutting machine and skillfully Chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including wire brushing and washing of concrete Substrata and masonry wall with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the Consultant as instructed and directed.

Moistening the cracks ,providing and applying primary/bonding coat of slurry made of "Polyalk EP" and cement(or equivalent as specified in the list of Brand names) in proportion 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the cracks /Grooves by Providing and applying "Polyalk EP" Polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the list of Brand names) in Proportion of 1:5:15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded sand/quart/sand ) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in the level with the existing plaster including hand packing curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc. complete as per specified and directed.

Drilling holes of required size up to 16mm Diameter and up to 50mm depth in concrete and cleaning the same as directed.

Providing and fixing 12mm diameter aluminium/PVC injection nipples and securing the same as directed & Providing and injecting cementations grout using CEBEX-112 additive of 'Fosroc' at the rate of 225 grams per bag of cement and using suitable mechanical gun/pump including mixing etc complete.

Providing &fixing epoxy dipped shear keys of 10mm dia and 4" to 6" length in columns before jacketing Micro concreting as per Consultants instructions and directions.

Providing,cutting,bending and fixing Additional Reinforcement in position steel reinforcement of specified required sizes and shapes in the form or main rebars, stirrups & rings,distrubtion rebars tec.and tying them to shear connectors using GI Binding wire. The additional rebars should be coated with TWO coats including Anti Corrosive protective coating &dry sand to be sprinkles on second coat including tying with Annealed Binding wires, providing cover blocks of appropriate sizes etc complete as specified and instructed by the Consultants.

Providing and laying super fluid Micro concrete -Roffe crete repairs (or equivalent as specified in the list of Brand names) in beam bottoms, columns, slab etc including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates waterproof ply wood/steel plate shuttering,pouring,temping,Consolidating,curing etc complete as per Manufacture's specification and Consultants instructions. The item shall be paid on actual consumption of Micro concrete.

Providing and laying in slabs,beams,pardise,RCC wall etc position of RCC M-25 design mix grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying and the cost of centering,shuttering form work,finishing and excluding reinforcement,including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in charge. The Mix design as per particular specifications shall be got approved by Engineer -in charge before execution of the item. The rate shall include cost of all specified materials and operations at all levels and heights, including the cost of centering ,shuttering and form work excluding reinforcement which shall be paid under relevant item (Note:- Cement content considered in this item @ 300 kg/cum as per IS 456 table showing minimum cement content. No extra will be paid nor any amount will recovered on account of variation of cement in mix design as per specifications for controlled

Glass fiber Wrapping system : Provision &laying applying Glass Fiber sheet wrap at structural members including .surface preparation: Grinding/Moulding concrete substrate ,cleaning it with wire brush, removing oil, laitance if present, rounding sharp edges to min 25mm radius etc,complete.Profiling :Applying PRIMER on prepared substrate, filling holes and uneven surface with PUTTY etc, complete. Wrapping the Glass fiber wrap to voids etc. Repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with interval of 8 hours. Sand pasting: Applying saturant,rectify air voids if any ,paste the river sand on it to make surface rough to take any further finishes.(Mode of Measurement:Per Sqm of fiber consume and not application and not application of surface area.)

Note of item No. 1 to 12 :- (a)Post completion NDT report based on the item catered in Sl No 1 to 12 of BOQ or otherwise mentioned , a certificate has to be furnished along with detailed post NDT report certifying structural strengthening carried out and repair work carried out as desired and technically acceptable report has to be vetted and certified by IIT/NIT/Govt Engg College as approved by the CEA or other institution and detailed structural repair of specific strength to be provided as required by GE (b) After complete execution of these items post NDT of all the members catered has to be done by the contractor. (c) While execution it is to be kept in mind that desired strength of the structural members should be maintained. (d) Complete report should be submitted for all the structural members catered. (e)The items of structural repair shall be executed by authorized applicator (f) The rate quoted for item No. 1 to 12 shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions

Removing and demolishing the existing waterproofing up to slab level of any thicknes stacking the excavated debris on the ground floor , in the compound of the building carting away the same outside the MES premises

Providing and applying fiber reinforcement Elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane ,formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers and can bear upto 10 bar hydrostatic pressure by using damp proof course having Sun Reflective Index (SRI) of 106 .59 on top concrete roof in three coats @10.8 liter/10 sqm. One coat of self –priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid (dilution with water in ratio 3:1) and second coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid followed by 3rd and final coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 600 micron ) with waterproofing warranty 10 years . Note:- Prior to all this activity surface preparation to be done by pressure washer to remove Dust, Algae ,fungus , oil grease ,etc and crack filling by textured crack filler up to 10mm wherever required and bigger crack should be filled with polymer modified cement . On tile mosaic surface use smartcare terrace tile primer for better adhesion . The item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage , labor, tools tackles, Consumable . scaffolding etc.

Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface including filling all cracks by forming groove of 5mm x 5mm finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Naintal or similar pattern roof coverings

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets.

Providing & Fixing of Mineral Fiber Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ANF (Board) edge tiles with Armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%.The tile shall be laid on Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/M2 & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of approved make. The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 10 year warranty all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frames)

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and Preparation of Old wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of Pink primer.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick Plain framed, paneled shutter(two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both face. The size of rail and style as per IS:1003(Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressed treated and all as Specified and as directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Supply & fixed in repair brass Hat pegs, solid body 125mm to 175 mm as specification.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. Material and labour for Earth Continuity conductor as aluminium strip of size 25 x 3 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground of any type of wall surfaces with necessary fixing arrangement by providing porcelain base at 60cm inter bal and using cadmium plated fixing screw and insulator par running meter all as required at site complete after dismantling of old unserviceable galvanized iron strip all as specified and directed. (Note:- 1. Strip will be installed on saddles in such a way that in no case the GI strip comes in direct contract with wall/roof of the building. 2. GI strip will be fixed epoxy base insulators of suitable size and rates are deemed to be included in quoted prices).

Material and labour for Air termination, single pointed, Aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long , mounted on aluminium base plate rigid fixed on top roof height complete and insulated from base and taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Galvanised base plate of size 100mmx100mmx12mm rigid fixed on top roof height for mounting of 12mm aluminium rod and connected item complete and insulated from base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 40mm dia GI tubing (light grade) with complete all fittings etc fixed on walls upto test point all as specified and directed
