B/R WORKS

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations, laying cables/ pipes etc. not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

PCC type D-2 (1:4:8), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling foundation & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Cement concrete, type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cills, steps, seicmic and other similar band, plinth courses, lacing courses , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating upto 60cm height all as specified.

Brick work using bricks as specified in PS clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer & gusset plate etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm of any colour hving tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverng/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, comlete all as specified.

60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Two coats of cement base paint on new wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over steel & iron (new) surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

E/M WORKS

Point wiring with multi-stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable, including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly, with and including GI terminal modular boxes made out of 1.2mm thick MS sheet concealed in wall modular metal flush box & including modular cover plate with frame having necessary cutting for fixing switches/ sockets comprising the following: -

One light point controlled by one switch or one fan point controlled by one switch & fan regulator etc. or for bell/buzzer with 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable & 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable as earth continuity conductor, in and including rigid non metallic PVC medium duty concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia all as specified.

One Socket outlet three pin, 6 Amp, on the same board, with 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable & 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable as earth continuity conductor, all as specified.

One socket outlet three pin, 6 Amp, independent, with 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable &1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable as earth continuity conductor, in and including rigid non metallic PVC medium duty concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia all as specified.

One socket outlet three pin, 6/16 Amp, independent, with 2.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable & 2.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable as earth continuity conductor, in and including rigid non metallic PVC medium duty concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia all as specified.

Point wiring complete 2.5 sqmm single core, FRLSH PVC insulated, sheathed, 1100V grade copper multistranded conductor drawn through and including in stove enamelled steel conduit on walls, surface on roofs and beam/iron structure etc including FRLSH PVC insulated copper earth continuity conductor 2.5 Sqmm cable connected to common earth dolly including steel terminal modular boxes made out of minimum 1.2 mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls modular metal flush box and including modular cover plate with frame as requires at site for housing the switches, sockets regulators etc all as specified and dircted for one switch/light/bell point controlled by one switch. Note : Two Highbay light controlled by one MCB & average length of wiring is minimum 14 metre. and height of hanger is 20 meter min.

Flame proof weather proof rotary switch-socket and plug combination in LM6, three pin (two pole earth) with cable termination enclosure box, 16-25 Amp rating, 250 volt complete.

Electric water heater storage type steel body with inner tank (as per manufacturer instruction) and heating element upto 2 kw capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, steel PVC connector for hot water etc including electric connection with 3 core PVC insulated, seathed. stranded copper conductor cable/flexible chord and one no 15 amp 3 pin plug top complete all as specified..

Commercial Air curtain unit for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses, singlephase, 220 V, 50HZ, made out of MS/CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 guage finished with two coats of red oxide primer and final coat of synthetic enamel paint (oven baked ) with MS-CRC 18 guage square perforated suction grills, Aluminium alloy fans consisting of 02 Nos single phase electric motor Wall mounted type, nozzles etc, suitable for Door opening size 64"x84" complete with fittings and accessories so as to produce 1-1.5m/sec air velocity at floor level for door opening, & commissioning and testing as specified.

Shifting of split AC with proper commsionning and testing charging of gas and servicing complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead by means of GI or steel bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (iii) Earth resstance shall be less than 3 ohm. In case the test results are not found less than 3 ohm, complete earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Demolition and Dismantling work

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with batten, casing caping of MS or and PVC conduit on surface or concealed, including switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, mild steel terminal boxes etc., removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces due to taking down etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge, complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium sub main wiring complete, including existing batten/conduit consealed/surface etc., removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces due to taking down etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge, complete all as specified.

Note : Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch of credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
