Labour only for carrying out day to day treated water supply complaints of all nature, ie leakage in STP pipe lines, no water supply, any blockage (including sunday & Holidays) in the AOR of AGE (U) W/S No - II complete all as specified and directed. Labour only for attending of Electric supply compliants of day to day maintenace of existing LT Panels including connecting electrical accessories / spares of water supply installation and electrical fitting & light, short circuits in Pump house complete all as specified and directed.(Any material required for attending complaints shall be measured & paid separately under respectvie item hereinafter) Note :- Quoted rates include notes mentioned below

Notes for Item No 1.00 & 2.00 1. The complaints shall be attended and the defetcs shall be rectified by a team of matric qualified having minimum 03 years experienced electrician/Plumber as applicable assisted with adequate No of helpers as directed by Engineer-in-charge 2. The complaints shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 500/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues. 3. In case , after checking & attending the defect, if it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor/his rep. If Engineer-in- charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made. 4. While attending the complaint of water supply/Electric supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'. However , NO extra payments shall be made for dewatering by means of pumping set/manually as suitable arranged by the contractor.

5. Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job rate (Fittings and fixtures will be measured and paid separetely under respective items of sch A. 6. All T&P required for attending the Complaints shall be provided by the contractor. 7. The Pipe Fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters,Taps, Pipe wrench ,Chain wrench, Caulking tools, Fusion Joint (Butt Joint) Electrical Machine, complete set of spanners and ladders etc..,as required at site. 8. The Electrician shall always be in possession of all Electrician tools, LT Meggar,Earth tester, Multimeter, Crimping tool , insulation tape, Hand gloves etc required at site. 9. Old retrived materials shall be contractor's property and necessary credit will be given by him as per Credit Schedule. 10. For repair of Treated water leakages from uPVC/HDPE/PP-R Pipe complete length of the pipe will NOT be replaced but leak portion will be cut-off and necessary coupllers will be inserted the rate of which seems to be included in the quoted rates.

11. Any other material required to attend the complaints at site will be provided by the contractor immediately, including Electrical heating fusion joint machine or pipe jointing material of any type and nature. 12. While attending complaints the necessary stores required for smooth functioning/rectifying the complaints are appended below under respective items heads. Thesse items will exclusively be measured against the complaints only. 13. Daily complaints of Treated Water pipe line leakages will be noted by rep of Contracor at a common suitable place with suitable Table and Chair arrangement and the contact number of his "REP" will be circulated widely among users by the contractor at NO extra cost.

Excavaiton in trenches not exc 1.5 meters wide and not exc 1.5 meters deep dor pipe line in soft/loose soil, getting out and levelling of bottom surfac e to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 meters from the starting poing complete all as specified and directed
