Excavation over area not exceeding 1.50m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area exceeding 1.50m but not exceeding 3.00m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation, etc for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.50m in depth and getting out all in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft /loose soil Including cutting of bushes all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ranning in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed..

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance exc 100m and upto a total distance of 250m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance exc 50m and upto a total distance of 100m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, brought upto courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face of stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from stragith edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40 mm on sand stone all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) cast in situ in lintels upto 1.50m span, cills and other similar bands, plinth course, parapets, coppings bed plates incl necessary formwork and like incl weathering slightly, water through complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for keyed pointing in CM (1:3) to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed stone masonry or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms,moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in bond stone set in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M & L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified.

M & L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, exceeding 200mm thick all as specified.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar works all exceeding 20cm all as specified.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT steel bars 6 to 8 mm and above dia as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups spacers and binders), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies , canopies, deck slab and in shelves and like in concrete M-25 (20 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick masonry surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC (1:5:10) Type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling sides of wall complete all as specified.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in soft spots, depressions etc, which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/ original ground only) to required camber and gradient etc, including watering before or during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken stones (granite, trap or basalt) of size range 63mm to 100mm, deposited, spread, leveled in one layer, interstices filled, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 7.50cm each, with,coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) , spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required with ( Granite, trap or basalt ) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags and air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 square metre of road surface and providing 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% of paving bitumen binder(VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 Tonne power road roller complete all as specified.

M & L for contineous brick edging with old size brick (Sub class 'B' bricks) with width equal to depth of the brick laid dry on edge on both side of roads all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of decorative and reflective type sign board of Type- C as per Drg No CESZ/TD-1120/2011 Sheet No 1/2 & 2/2 of size 1200 x 900 mm rectangular type double sides made minimum 2mm thick aluminium sheet & scotchlite pannel sheet covered retro reflective H1 Prismatic sheeting letter and figure to be fixed after eatching treatment to sheet and fixed on back suppourt frame of size 50mm x 50mm Sq MS pipe complete including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggtregate) including painting by synthetic enamel paint and earth work complete all as specified and directed.
