SCHEDULE 'A' PART- I (SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT) Designing, (hydraulically, structurally and aesthetically) providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of STP based on MBBR technology of capacity 1500 KLD with tertiary treatement complete all as specified and comprising of following:- 1. Bar Screen chamber and bar screen - 1 No. 2. Oil and Grease Trap chamber - 1 No. 3. Equalization Tank - 2 Nos ( 50% Capacity Each), 4. Raw sewage pump - 2Nos (1 working + 1 Stand by) 5. Anoxic Chamber - 1 No. 6. Moving bed bio reactor including Bio Reactor media, Air Grid, air blower and other accessories - 2 Nos ( in series) 7. Recirculation pump - 2 Nos (1W + !S) 8. Intermediate tank - 1No. 9. Tube setter 10. Chlorine contact cum filter feed tank - 1No.

11. Sludge holding tank with all grid system - 2Nos(sludge feed pump+1No screw press with DWPE dosing system). 12. Filter feed pumps - 2Nos (1 working +1 Stand by) 13. Dual media Filter (DMF) - 1No. 14. Activated Carbon Filter. 15. Treated water tank ( Static water tank ) of 50000 litres capacity as per Drg No. AFB / TD /399/2018(S) Sheet-1/1. 16. Instruments as per technical requirements / design. 17. Electrical works. 18. Foundation of electrical and mechanical items as per manufacturer's instructions. 19. The bidder shall also provide any other item / tank / chamber with electrical and mechanical accessories required to achieve end paramenters of treated sludge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - II (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT) 1st year Operation and Maintenance of Sewage plant including cost of topping up MBBR media, cost of testing, cost of consumables ( Hypochlorite, and other chemicals, Luboils, Glands etc) etc as required except "electricity and diesel " complete all as specified and as directed during first year after date of completion of Sch "A" Part-I.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - III (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT) 2nd year Operation and Maintenance of Sewage plant including cost of topping up MBBR media, cost of testing, cost of consumables ( Hypochlorite, and other chemicals, Luboils, Glands etc) etc as required except "electricity and diesel " complete all as specified and as directed during second year after date of completion of Sch "A" Part-II.

NOTES FOR ITEM No. 2.00 &3.00:- (a) Operation and maintenance of plants is to be done in three shifts a day(each shift of 8 hours) including sundays. In case the operator is found absent in any of the shifts and plant is not run in any shift a penalty @ Rs 600/- per shift apart from the quoted rate per shift will be imposed on the contractor and will be deducted from his next immediate dues. (b) Quality testing of effluent has to be got done from approved lab of Karnataka state pollution control board and results to be kept on record as per interval as directed and rate quoted are deemed to be inclusive of any such test charges.

(c)The cost of removal of treated sludge and disposal of the same outside MD land as per local civil authorities laid down rules is also deemed to be included in the above quoted rate, The treated sludge shall be given to the contractor without deducting any credit. The amount of credit of treated sludge(if any) shall be deemed to be considered by the contractor while quoting rate for Operation and maintenance. (d) Minimum number of operators per shift per STP plant shall be one operator. (e) Operators employed shall be have experience of minimum 2years to operate STP plant. (f)Repair/replacement of any component, electrical work, minor spares and overall workmanship of STP is already covered under defects liability period.
