Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning & testing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984 (1995) and jointing the pipes with push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines, butt fussion welding & electro fusion welding machines i/c necessary fittings, bends, tees, unions, flanges, collars & reducers etc. confirming to IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provided as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required. Jointing shall be confirming to IS code 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & bolts. All manufacturing maerial used shall be in accordance to IS 4427-2007 (latest revision) with 100 % virigin pre-compounded or natural PE resin. Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c testing at site upto entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
