SCHEDULE ‘A’ SECTION-I Manning & Operation of electrically operated automatic closing door type Lift (Lift No. 1 installed at ‘C’ Block of Military Hospital) operating from Ground Floor to Second Floor (G+2) by 01 Operator round the clock in three shifts (each shift of 08 hours) daily including Sundays and holidays.

Manning & Operation of electrically operated automatic closing door type Lift (Lift No. 2 installed at ‘A’ Block & Lift No. 3 installed at ‘D’ Block of Military Hospital) operating from Ground Floor to Second Floor (G+2) by 01 Operator in one shift of 08 hours daily including Sundays and holidays.

Notes Contd/-.... of Srl No 3 (d) Running maintenance shall include replacement of all mechanical, electrical and electronic parts/sub assembles etc. except the items mentioned in Sch ‘A’ Sec-III & IV here-in-after as and when it is required. GE’s decision in this regard shall be final & binding. (e) The rate shall include routine maintenance of ARD & maintaining ARD in serviceable condition including all spares (If required) testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (f) Complete replacement of following major assemblies shall not be covered in the comprehensive maintenance. However, running repairs and replacement of parts of said assemblies are included in rate quoted for this item and cost of labour element for replacement of materials under Sch ‘A’ Sec-III shall deemed to be included in this item. Decision as to whether these major assemblies need complete replacement or not shall be decided by Garrison Engineer, whose decision shall be final and binding. (i) Traction Machine (ii)Travelling cables (iii) ARD (iv) Car and landing doors (v) Gear Assembly (g) The make of spare parts shall be approved by GE and actual quantity for various spare parts required for replacement shall be ascertained by the GE / Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall procure the spares time to time as required for maintenance duly approved by the GE. (h) Quarterly inspection to be carried out as per Proforma attached as Appendix - I, II & III (Refer Particular Specification Section-II), and cost is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by tenderer.

Notes Contd/-.... of Srl No 3 (j) Any rescue/breakdown shall be attended and experience towards repair/ replacement/ manpower/ T&P required shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted by the tenderer. (k) Each lift shall be got inspected by the Govt Lift Inspector once in a contract period for the worthiness certificate in respect to safety etc. and cost for which shall also be accounted in unit rates quoted by the tenderer. (l) In the event of failure of lift, repair action should be attended within 03 hours from registering the complaint. In case, contractor fails to repair the defects within the stipulated time, a penal recovery shall be effected as mentioned here-in-after in Particular Specification Section-II. (m) Cabin Fan, emergency light inside the cage and exhaust fan inside the machine room for all lift shall be functional round the clock otherwise penal recovery shall be effected @ Rs. 60/- per day per lift after 24 hours for the inconvenience for above mentioned any item from contractor’s payment. (n) The contractor shall stock sufficient parts/ major assembly to ensure putting the lift in working condition in shortest possible time to avoid inconvenience to users. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost for the such contingencies. (o) Major parts/ components/ repairs as mentioned in Schedule ‘A’ Sec-III & IV here-in-after are not included in the quoted rates of this item which will be measured and paid for seprately under relevant items of Schedule ‘A’ Sec-III & IV. (p) Bidders may please note that the rate quoted for outsourcing work shall not less than the minimum wages circulated by Chief Labour Commissioner, GOI, Min of Labour, New Delhi for Suratgarh (Class 'C' City) Plus ESI (EPF) & GST applicable to the bidder. Copy of applicable rate for ESI / EPF & GST shall be forwarded by the bidder alongwith bid documets cover 1. If the rate quoted by the bidder is lower than the applicable minimum wages + ESI / EPF + GST the same will be treated as 'Non-Bonafide' & the offer will not be considered for acceptance.

Supply only PVC Track Roller suitable for passenger lift of make “EVAAN”.

Supply only Car Gate Switch suitable for passenger lift of make “EVAAN”.

Supply only Main Hoist Rope of traction steel, atleast 19 strands wound about a core centre, circumference of rope 13 mm, factor of safety as given in relevant IS code.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ SECTION-IV Dismantling carefully existing unserviceable 300mm sweep cabin fan and rewinding with new suitable size super enameled copper winding wire including insulation material, re-assembling, re-fixing & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make of copper wire : Devidyal / Chetak

Dismantling carefully existing unserviceable electric motor 9 KW 3 phase 1445 RPM and rewinding with new suitable size super enameled copper winding wire including insulation material, re-assembling, re-commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of copper wire: Devidyal / Chetak

Repair /overhauling of UPS of the lift and replacement of defective parts, reassembling and re-fixing at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair /overhauling of Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) drive, 10/ 15HP, 11 KW including repairing main control cord, IGBT card, diode, capacitor, rectifier, testing & re-fixing, software installation complete all as directed.

S&F in repair to acrylic plate, blue base size 40 cm x 50cm including printing of machinery specification (location, capacity, date of installation etc) and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 11157/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
