(d) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 admixed with WPC conplast WL after ponding test for a period for 72 hours of sunken floor . (e)GI tubing 40 mm dia of mrdium grade for spout of 150 Cm long for each sunken floor. Note :- Plastered surface area shall only be measured for the purpose of payment.

Expose the first joint of masonry structure at ground level horizontally. The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visibly penetrated area. Damaged mortar joints are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately 2-3 cm. Drilling Holes: Drilling holes 10mm diameter in masonary structure along the side of the joint at 45° angle so as to cross the brick/block at the intervals spacing if 15-30cm depending on extent of rising dampness as per recommendation of engineer in charge. Taking down old unserviceable and Supply and fixing electrically operated Electronic Hooter enclosed in MS enclosures of suitable size painted with sythetic enamaled paint red coloured complete with suitable transformer complete all as specified and directed by EIC.(old materials shall be deposited to MES store all as directed)

Supply and fixing instanteneous type Stainless Steel branch pipe 63 mm dia of suitable length fitted with 16 mm dia nozzle

Supply and fixing water delivery rubber (first aid hose) 20 mm dia 30 mtr length to with stand 10 kg per Sq cm working pressure fitted with Gun Metal nozzle and shut off valve of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F in replacement of sub main wiring with two single core 4 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 V grade heavy duty, copper conductor multistranded , drawn in PVC conduit , medium grade 20 mm dia having 2 mm wall thickness including one single core FRLS PVC insulated copper cable solid core of size 1.5 sqmm as earth wire fix to wall etc including taking out old unserviceable cable and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed .

S/F in replacement Pad Lock verical type size 75mm having duplicate key 7 lever complete all as specified and directed

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing cast Iron Sluice Valve of sizes as under , ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.6, PD Short body, Confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top including taking out unserviceable sluice valve and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed at site. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supply and fixing double ended headed Gun Metal fire hydrant landing valve type A (double ended head outlet) of 80mm dia landing valve with 63mm dia female outlet complete and 80mm inlet with rubber blank cap and chain as per IS 5290-1983, suitable for brigade hose of 63mm with couplings conforming to IS 903 including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of weather proof standard fire hose box made of 16 SWG gauge MS Sheet 750mm x 600mm x 250mm with double door with 4mm thick glasses and door frame including locking arrangement by allen key, stove enamelled fire red finish with 'Fire hose' marked on front and brilliant white inside yard, suitable for housing of and consisting of 2 lengths RRL hose pipe conforming to IS:636-1979 (type-II) of 63mm dia. GM instataneous male and female coupling (IS:903) and branch pipe and nozzel 12.5mm dia including taking down the existing one complete and depositing to MES store yard all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 17 here in before but internal with single front door complete.

M&L for construction of valves pit chamber having dimension 120 cm X 120cm x 120cm (internal height ) using PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cms thick. brick wall 23 cm thick built in CM (1:4), 10mm thick rendering all around the brick with 1: 6 cement mortor, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggergate) as in coping for grouting MS frame including 03mm thick MS top sheet cover with locking arragnement, MS frame made out of 40 X 40X 6mm thick angle iron including painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation in any type soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs all as specified and shown on drg No-=CWE(U) D-1/86 sheet No-1 and including demolition/ dismantling of exsiting valve chamber as directed by the Engr-in- charge

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft / loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.
