Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return wall (any thickness), including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, butresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor V levwel, including curing but excluding the costs of centering, shuttering and finishing with 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including carriage of materials

Providing and laying of cement plaster of 20mm thick 1:4 mix

Demolishing RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unservicable material within 50 metres lead

Silt clearance from canals. Inclusive of initial lead and lift ( 50m & 1.5m respectively ) Wet:

Soling of stone of 225mm thick boulder pitching

Grouting of stone pitching using M10 nominal mix concrete ( max size of aggregate is 20mm @ 3.65 cum per 100sqm on horizontal/side slopes, complete including curing

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE: Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

Cement Plaster for internal canal lining with 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Filling expansion joint (12mm wide) with special impervious hot pour
