Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), as on concrete surfaces (such as top & sides of chajjas, beams, balcony ceiling etc.) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered/undecorated surfaces as of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured Non skid ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured Non skid ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.38 Sq.m, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 7 to 8 mm thick ceramic tiles Ditto but on vertical surfaces such as skirting/Dado fixed on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x 450 x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid on and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Light shade coloured Virified Ceramic tiles 8 to 9mm thick (Double charged)(square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors and skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/walls, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring, steps of stair(treads), laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the sahde of the slab including rubbing and polishingincl complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20-25 mm thick machine kota stone slab as in skirting/dado, riser of steps, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation(complete removal of existing treatment) of old decorated external wall/ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over priming coat premium quality on wall/ceiling surface including applying 2mm thick wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation of any reason, sand papering thus make surface smooth upto 4th storey buildings complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Stage for Preparation of surfaces shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge before applying the finishes. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator.

S & F in repair 1.8 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent plane sheeting fixed with coach screw and washer in roof/wall/frame etccompleted all as specified.

Mild steel framed work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality-A as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, walkways, railing, barred iron doors including side hung gates with pintel hinges, spops, hand made sliding bolts, framed work of water tanks, door chowkats and similar works complete all as specified
