The foundation base shall be constructed with cement concrete gatka of ratio 1:5:10 of size 600mm X 600mm X 200mm high.
RCC foundation shall be constructed from cement concrete mixture M-20 grade of ratio 1:1.5:3 of size 500mm X 500mm X 1200mm high, (including 100/200mm projection above the ground level) above the foundation base. (including removal of malba from site)complete in all respect as required.
