Demolition of mud puska on roof any thickness complete all as specifed and directed.

PCC 1:3:6, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickness at khurra as 25mm to maintain a slope of 1:100, using water proofing compound complete, all as specifed and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saparately.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specifed and directed.

Providing and laying 3mm (-0.2/+0.3) thick APP with mineral finish (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 4.0Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane mineral finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 4mm th 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Tensile strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 600-150/400-150 N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 200 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 145 degree (iii) Penetration @25 C d 15-25mm (iv) Water tightness 10 KPa (V) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment 20cm x 20cm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, over 15 mm thick cement screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specifed and direceted.

S&F PVC (HDPE) SWR, 110mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints using solvent cement as per manufacturer instruction, fixed to walls for connecting bottle traps complete all as specified. Including fixing of pipe to wall with flat iron clamps of size 25x3mm, bolt washer, nuts etc as in repairs after taking down existing damaged CI rain water pipe complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR)bends of any radius for 110mm bore, complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down existing pipe of any bore /material includig bends and clamp and refixing the same after cienning including jointing with cement joints in case of CI pipes or with rubber rings joint using solvent as per instruction, including fixing of pipe to wall with new flat iron clamps pf size 25 x 3mm, bolt washer, nuts etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated roof sheeting any guage thickness / material, including nanital or simmilar pattern as on roof covering, complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/ semi corrugated steel sheet of 0.5mm thickness, Min tensile strength 550 Mpa, of colour as approved as in roof covering wall cladding fixed with fastner/self taping screw as recommended by manufacture complete all as specifed and directed. PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in roof kerbs or mud stops/ coping etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred, complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness from external surface of walls / soffits etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick ( in two layers of 10mm and 5mm thickness) cement pastering in cement mortar 1:4 and mixig the water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions on brick or concrete surface of wall finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saparately

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as cement base paint, external emulsion etc from external surfaces of walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder including removal of waste material from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying acrylic wall care putty on internal/external surfaces of wall / ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) as per manufacturer intructions by using roller to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using specifed brands of emulsion and primer in Appx B, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) as per manufacturer instructions by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using specifed brands of emulsion and primer in Appx B, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for preparation of new plastered surface of external wall /RCC Surface/soffits ofchajjas/ roof projection/cantilevers/balcony etc and applying two coats of cement based paint @ 5sqm/Kg/1 coat over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 10sqm/ltr/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of cement based paint by using following brands of cement based paint and primer by using roller/brush complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling MS work in any grade /section /position purlin/rafter/beams/structures etc and the like works, complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of wrought timber truss scantling, 40 sqcm and over in section framed work, provided for complete as directed .

Dismantling of wrought timber scantling as in fillets, post rafter , purlins etc under 40 sqcm in section framed work, complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.- 240, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for plates /cleats/connplates of Fe410-W(Gde-E-250)quality A etc for frame work, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Preparation new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide as in primer all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and false ceiling board(fibre, pulp, insulationetc) or insulation board / slabs/ blankets, any thickness/ description, including cover fillets/frame work of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC wall panelling of hollow section size 150x10mm (colour/pattern as approved by AO) complete fixed in position in all respect including supply and fixing of all accessories like fasteners/ screws/ solvent etc all as recommended by manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling of 12.5mm thick gypsum board over and including concealed grid system complete fixed in all respect and all as per manufacturers instructions in one/two/three levels and making recess for light fitting as per pattern / design approved by AO, complete all as specified and directed. Note - The complete item shall be got executed through the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L 12 to 12.50mm thick semi-perforated/ pin holderparticle board/tiles, 600x600+5mm in size fixed in existing frame work or on snap grid of false ceiling as per manufacture's instructions, as in repair, complete all as specified and directed.
