Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Extra for dismantling trusses, rafters, purlins etc. of steel work for every additional span of one metre or part thereof beyond 10 metres

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

STRENGTHENING OF STRUCTURE

Strengthening of Existing Structure by Providing/supplying, fabricating, transporting structural steel members, hoisting using crane, lifting, erecting and placement in its final position of grade E 250 Mpa and required size comprising of built up sections, readily available sections, welded frame works, etc with necessary castellations, bolting provisions, slots, nitches, bearing plates, connection plates, extension plates, splices, etc for proper execution of works. Cost to include straightening, cutting, welding, bending to shape and size, provisions for bolting, primer application, and approved factory finish including stamping, packing, transportation and storage after necessary submission and approval of designs, development drawings, GA drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings from the principle consultant. Fabricated structural steel members shall be provided with 2 coat of rusticide till final erection is carried out, at site. The rate to include the cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles, cranes, devices and plants, wastage etc., as per specification and drawings complete The structural steel work shall include welded / bolted and built up sections, trusses, purlins, frame work welded and/or bolted, girders, gusset plates, base plates, cleats, installing inserts, bearing plates etc., as per drawings. Cost to include fabricating necessary Gusset Plates, welding Stiffener plates, Brackets, Bolts, Cleats, seating angles, bolts, washers, and grouting for bolts etc., to the required size, shape, alignment etc, as per the drawings.

REPAINTING OF EXISTING & NEW STEEL STRUCTURE

Scrubbing, Cleaning and preparing the surface of all existing structural Member for application of Primer and Epoxy Paint, including Removal of Rust partical complete or as per Direction of EIC.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

REPAIR WORK OF CIVIL WORK

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 50mm average thickness

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge Bars above 12 mm diameter

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers.

PAINT WORK ON WALLS

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

FIXING OF ROOF SHEET

Top Sheet-Supply & Fixing of Prepainted Metal Roofing Sheet with profile sheet of 1072 mm Supply width and nominal 28.5 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pans at nominal 203 mm centre-to-centre. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.55 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT) /0.64 Total Painting thickness with +/- 0.04mm Thickness tolerance, Hi-Tensile steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminum-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminum, 45% Zinc) Zincalume AZ200 (Min. 200 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with Super durable Polyester quality paint coat. The paint will have a total coating thickness of nominal 35 μm, comprising of nominal 20 μm exterior coat on top surface and nominal 10 μm reverse coat on back surface over nominal 5 μm primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade by concern authority. The exposed paint system’s shall have higher SRI value (Thermatech technology) and use inorganic (lead free) pigment in paint system .The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at every regular interval for confirming genuinity of the material. The sheet shall be sandwiched with Glasswool insulation layer comprising of 50 mm thick and 24kg/m3 density Glass wool insulation with single side Aluminum Foil approved by engineer-in- charge shall be placed over the cleat, creating a bed for the external cladding / roofing placement. Spacer channel / subgirt 1.5 MM Thick GI , 120 GSM , 345 MPA shall per provided as per the design required and as recommended by the manufacturer The entire Double skin system is installed over the structure purlin. The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns, super durable polyester ULTRA quality paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 10 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade for the top and bottom profiled sheet by the concerned authority. The paint system should have stable resin & inorganic pigments for paint durability and Lead free. The steel manufacturer's test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of steel shall be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation. The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at every 1meter c/c for confirming genuinity of the material.

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet (with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²) roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

REPAIR OF DRAIN

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. With semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles.

HVAC SYSTEM (DSR& AOR-2019)

Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) Machines

Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5 .

INDOOR UNIT-CASSETTE TYPE

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity 4-way flow VRV/VRF Cassette Type Indoor ceiling mounted unit equipped with synthetic washable media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX Copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, drain pump, grill, necessary supports, vibration isolation, cord less remote control etc., suitable for operation on single phase 230 V ± 10%, 50Hz AC supply, complete, as required. The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature.
