Repair and Maintenance of Padmapur - Dhepaguda Road in the district of Rayagada for the year 2026-27

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area, with all labour, T&P, taxes & cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of subgrade / Earthern shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 303 with all leads & lift as per direction of the Engineer in charge (By mechanical means).

Providing, laying, spreding and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spresding in uniform thickness, hand packing,rolling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screenig/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface including removal of foreign materials and other materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment etc with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface including clearing of road surfaces and spraying primer @ 0.20kg/ sqm using Mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications of Road & Bridge work (04th Revision)

Providing , laying semi dence bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, primixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level on the alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc.complete as per direction of EIC.

Maintenace of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cutionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as perdrawings and technical specification Clause 1910.

Maintenance of 200 mtr, km stone & 5 th km stones by way of refiting of tited stones repairing with cement mortar, claning repairing and lettering on 200 mtrs km stone and 5 th km stone as per drawing and techincal specification Clause 1912.
