SOFA SET 5 SEATER: Drg No. FD/MAP II/02, FD-281 & FD-373 (for item No 01 to 11) Taking out old unserviceable seat or back of foam cushion and S&F new seat or back of foam cushion of size 530x560x100mm, 40 density and replacement of tapestry cloth of approved quality duly stiched complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. NOTE: Cost of Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 380/- per meter. Make of foam: Primo/Coolgel of Sleepwell or Goldline Plus of Kurlon.

Taking out old unserviceable front legs and S&F new legs of size 500x75x35mm thick made of 1st class hard wood (teak), free from knots and cracks with permissible moisture contents as per the shape, size as exists and two or more coat of french polish to reqd glossy finish to match with the existing complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

All as per item No 2 but rear leg of size as shown on drawing.

STOOL DRESSING WITH CUSHION FOR TABLE DRESING LADIES: DRG No. FD/MAP-II/07 (for item No 12 to 14)- Taking out old unserviceable cushion seat and S&F new seat of foam cushion of size 430x400x75 mm thick, 40 density and tapestry cloth of approved quality fully covered duly stiched complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. NOTE: Cost of Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 380/- per meter. Make of foam: Primo/Coolgel of Sleepwell or Goldline Plus of Kurlon.

Taking out old unserviceable seat ply wood and S&F new seat 12 mm thick BWR ply wood of size 425x385mm made out of 12 mm thick ply wood BWR grade Seat complete all as specified and as shown on drg. Make of Ply wood: Centuryply/ Greenply/ Archidply.

Taking out old unserviceable side and S&F new side 18 mm thick MDF Board 425x385mm made out of 18 mm prelaminated particle board exterior grade complete all as specified and as shown on drg. Make of Ply wood: Centuryply/ Greenply/ Archidply.

CHAIR STEEL CB OFFICE WITH ARM AND WITHOUT ARM, CHAIR STEEL TUBULAR WITH ARMS AND WITHOUT ARM: DRG No. FD-75M (for Item No 40 to 47) M&L welding (Gas/Elect) in repair of tubular leg, with fine finishing and standard workmanship complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out U/S seat and S&F new seat stiffner made of 25x6 mm flat iron and 450 to 500mm long including required two holes for screw before 40mm at each end complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out U/S stiffener and S&F new stiffiner of mild steel round bars 10mm dia and 450 mm long welded between the legs with fine finishing and standard workmanship and duly painted with two coat of Olive Green paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

All as per item No 42 but 500 mm long.

Taking out U/S seat and back fram chair CB steel and S&F new seat and back fram made out of shisham wood well seasoned free from knots and cracks with permissible moisture contents as per shape and size duly black polished up to required finish and weaving shall be done with platic cane not less than 0.35mm thick as shown on drg. Taking down u/s plastic cap from tubular pipe and S&F new plastic cap of approved quality complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking down old unserviceable arms rest and S&F new arm rest made of teak wood duly black and polish complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Cutting/taking out old unserviceable cane from chair steel tubular with arms or w/o arms and apply with two coat of olive green paint over a coat of red oxide primer and supplying recanning of chair tubular steel with and w/o arms complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

CHAIR VERANDAH: DRG No. FD-256 & FD/MAP/12 (for Item No 48 to 53) M&L for cutting U/S cane and welding (Gas /Elect) of frame, 10 mm round bar , legs where as required to make its actual shape and size complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out old U/S rusted leg and S&F new leg made out of conduit pipe 19mm dia 1.6mm thick and 1.35 m duly painted with two coat of enamel paint (white) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Cutting and removing U/S cane/PVC seat and back and preparation of old steel surfaces with sand paper and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (White) complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Make: Berger/ Asian/ Shalimar.

Taking out old U/S rubber shoe and S&F new hard rubber shoe of 20 mm dia complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable PVC Seat and back and S&F new PVC Seat & back 4mm thick with weight not less than 1.85 Kgs and grooves 90x10 No on seat & back complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Make of PVC Seat & Back- Amko/ Confo.

Cutting/taking out old unserviceable cane from chair Verandah and S&F and recanning of chair with white plastic cane (Oval shape) 2 mm wide and canning border with 4mm wide cane as per the Godrej pattern complete all as specified and as shown on drg. Make of cane:- Shah&Shah/ Premier/ MPI.
