3.1 Detectors A. 4 Sample Chamber:

4.1 • Large sample compartment with single and multi-position cuvette holder with possibility of inert sample holder, temperature adjustable by water/coolant circulation, fitted with an integrated probe for sample temperature monitoring by spectrometer operating software. • Filter slots provided for holding 50 mm square filters as standard. • Suitable focusing optics lens/mirror-based. • T-geometry should be available for an additional emission monochromator. • Interlocks to operate detector protecting shutter. • Computer-controlled signal level attenuator.

5 Solid Sample Holder and Filters

5.1 • Front face detection suitable for measurements of powders and film/slide samples including all the sample holders. • Adjustable sample Position from the outside of the sample chamber. • Necessary set of 7 long-pass filters with wavelength of 330 nm, 395 nm, 455 nm, 495 nm, 550 nm, 590 nm, and 645 nm. All filters are of the size of 50 mm x 50 mm and fit into the filter holders. • Necessary set of 6 ND Filters should be quoted.

6 Quantum Yield

6.1 • Integrating sphere with minimum 120 mm inner diameter for absolute PLQY measurements. • Sphere must fit inside the sample chamber. • The sphere must feature a motorized sample loading mechanism that allows easy sample exchange • Five separate 3 mL cuvettes (10 mm path length) with stopper and all other holders, reference plug, powder tray and all other related accessories must be provided as sphere accessories for complete measurements of absolute PLQY for both solid and liquid samples using inert gas purging possibility.

7 Computer Controlled Polarizers

7.1 Both Excitation and Emission suitable Glan Thompson polarizing prism (Calcite; spectral range 350 nm – 2300 nm) in computer-controlled mount.

8 TE Cooled Sample Holders

8.1 Thermoelectrically cooled 4-window cuvette holder with a controller that enables stable temperature control of samples from -50°C to +150°C for liquid samples.

9 Low temperature measurements Capabilities: 10 K-350 K

9.1 • Closed Cycle cryostat for sample measurements covering the temperature range 10 K-350 K • All the related mounting accessories must be included in the offer. • Turbomolecular Pump for Cryostat (220 V), and ready-to-operate high vacuum pump with integrated vacuum gauge and display. 10-8 mbar ultimate pressure, Compressor, Chiller • Solid sample holders must be included.

10 Software/Measurements:

10.1 A. All the necessary hardware and timing electronics to measure Steady state and time resolved fluorescence spectra full capabilities will be provided. B. Comprehensive fluorescence spectrometer control, performance monitoring, spectral and lifetime data acquisition and data fitting and analysis. C. Software has facilities like spectral and fluorescence/ phosphorescence lifetime acquisition, kinetic measurements, time resolved excitation and emission spectra (TRES) and slicing of TRES data, data handling routines (normalization, scaling, arithmetic, integration, differentiation, smooth etc.), routines for quantum yield, reflectance and absorption measurements, chromaticity and luminance calculation and presentation etc.

11 Suitable Computer:

11.1 Suitable computer/workstation (a minimum Core i-9 or Core U7 processor, 1 TB SSD-Generation 4, 32-64 GB DDR5 RAM, 4 GB graphics card, power supply, 1200 W Corsair-RM 1220X, Mother board: MSI Z790 cooling and case, corsair 5000D) with all the interfacing hardware and pre-loaded software to operate the system with full capabilities and the license key must be provided. Additional computer/workstation with above specification for remote data analysis.

12 Quartz Fluorescence Cuvette

12.1 A. 3 mL Quartz fluorescence cell with PTFE stopper 1 cm x 1 cm (Qty-4) B. Solid Powder tray (Qty: 5)

13 Installation and Training:

13.1 • Installation and training at the user's facility, for a minimum three days by a trained system engineer. At least one training session per six months. • Ten such users list in India should be provided.

14 Accessories:

14.1 A. Tunable picosecond light source (supercontinuum laser, wavelength range: ~400-2000 nm, ~200 ps, rep-rate: 10 kHz to 1 MHz). B. Close Cycle cryostat for sample measurements covering the temperature range 4 K-500 K should be controlled by software; all the related mounting accessories must be included in the offer.
