Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (nominal mix) type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia & over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Formwork to spiral staircase with sloping or stepped soffits, including risers and stringers (excluding landing) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including footing plinth beam, base for column, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for hard core of gauge n,exc 63mm of broken stone, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n,exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete (nominal) 1:5:10 type E2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite (leather finish) stone slab 20mm thick machine cut, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting & polishing over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 on floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting dados etc over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Stainless steel tubing of any diameter or square or rectangular in shape , thickness of wall not less than 3.15mm of grade AISI-316 TYPE Aesthetic anticorrosive in nature as in framed work /posts/fencing work /railings /grills/designer work, purposily made doom and base welded with tubing where required including cutting ,bending, welding, grinding, buffing and bright polishing the welded joints and adjacant areas and fixing in any type of location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm aggregate) for Providing, cement concrete in path kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering to concrete or block masonry surfaces on fair faces 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion based premium quality matt finish exterior antifungal paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 300mm sweep, 1400RPM, air delivery 1710 cum per hour, single phase, AC 220/240 volts, 50Hz including electrical connecting up from fan to ceiling rose with three core PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor flexible cable of suitable size

M&L for cutting square Hole for fixing exhaust fan on wall including making good disturbed surfact / damaged surface (working height not exceeding 12m for fixing louvers) as per existing colour and finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface type Backelite 65x50mm with three terminal complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Switch Piano, 6A, 240V complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed type alongwith 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing in & incl casing / caping & accessories having ISI marked surface type to be fixed with proper screws including hard PVC boards of suitablwe sixes * making arrangement for fixing switches, fan regulators etc for :- Note :- Screws used for fixing PVC boards, casing n caping, ceiling rose, square blocks etc should not be nickel cadmium screws

One fan point controlled by one switch with cable 1.5sqmm size.
