Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands,plain window sills, staircases and spiral staircases upto floor two level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement with Cement concrete grade M-20 (Nominal Mix) with 20mm maximum size of stone aggregate. Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, postsandstrutsetc.above plinth level and up to floor two level excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement etc. Cement concrete grade M-20 (Nominal Mix) with 20mm maximum size of stone aggregate. Brickwork with flyash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894- 2002, class designation 50 (average compressive strength) in super structure above plinth level up to floor 2 level including thecost of scaffolding : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Vol-2 SOR Item No 6.14.1
