Taking down cement plaster on stone masonry/Brick Masonry incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and direction by Engr- In Charge.

M&L for 10 mm rendering in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 05 mm rendering in CM 1:3 on fair face of ceiling or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4 on fair face of wall or on concrete surfaces finished even and fair with water profinfing compound (WPC) complete all as specified and directed.(WPC Measured seprately)

M &L for Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper of approved tints over application of wall care putty average thickness of 2mm over a coat of interior wall primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M &L for Preparation of new plastered surface of Ceiling and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper of approved tints over a coat of interior wall primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L preparation of new wall surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint of required shade, , having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface, at any location including necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site complete all as specified and-as-directed.
