Dismantling of 1 No 60 KVA EA Set along with all associated accessories like Control panel, fuel tank, silencer at TE BLDG Mysooru Road i/c dismantling the all connected accessories like extended exhaust pipe and cables etc as reqd. [ Excluding Accoustic Canopy]

Transportation of the 60 kVA EA set along with all accessories such as Control panel, fuel tank, silencer Exhaust pipe etc TE Mysooru Road to TE Sanjyangar including loading and unloading, positioning the EA set on the existing platform etc as required {Aprox 16 KM]

Installation, testing and commissioning of the 60 kVA EA set along with all accessories in Existing Accoustic Canopy including cleaning the complete Engine Alternator, assembling the exhaust piping, i/c checking the Engine Alternators, self starter, battery set, alternator AVR, fan belts, starter fuses, control panel, cleaning of EA set i/c rectification of minor faults, etc, as reqd

Replacement of fuel filter and oil filter, fuel hose, arresting any leak in all fuel pipe joints for 60 KVA EA set diesel engines i/c all labour and cost of materials, etc as reqd. a) Fuel filter & Ring

Element Lube Oil Filter [Spin on Type].

Replacement of 15/40 W grade lub oil of approved make suitable for above capacity diesel engines i/c transportation of oil to site, labour charges etc as reqd.

Repairs and rectification of Control wiring of control panel including tracing the faults, including dismantling the existing unserviceable wires, drawing the wires, connections to the existing switchgears / sensors with suitable lugs, testing etc as required [ For 60kva dg set ]

S/F of 12 Volt 180 AH lead acid low maintenance battery under buy back system including inter connection with existing cables, testing, commissioning etc., as reqd., Make - Exide Xpress or ss make

Supplying and fixing the 12V, 20 A SMPS type Static battery charger in the existing engine including dismantling the unserviceable charger, testing, etc, as required

P/F 25mm x 5mm GI strip on surface / recess loop earthing etc., as required

P/F 25mm x 5mm GI strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode etc., as required.

Dismantling Existnh faulty 1 No 63Kva DG set from existing old canopy to out side canopy i/c arranging crane for lifting dg set, keeping in safe custody at TE Sanajyangar [ Note ; Engine to be removed without damaging existing canopy and re fexing canopy to accomadate shfited DG SET from TE Myasooru Road]

Installation, testing and commissioning of the 125 kVA EA set along with all accessories @ RT Nagar TE including cleaning the complete Engine Alternator, assembling the exhaust piping, i/c checking the Engine Alternators, self starter, battery set, alternator AVR, fan belts, starter fuses, control panel, cleaning of EA set i/c rectification of minor faults, etc, as reqd
