Providing and fixing pre-cast concrete kerb stone of gray cement based concrete block 30cm length,30cm height and 15cm thick of M250 grade concret as per approved design and including excavation for fixing in proper line and level, filling the joint with C:M 1:3 (1cement: 3-fine sand) etc complete

Providing and laying Tremix design mix cement concrete M-250 in roads / drive ways using coarse sand and graded stone aggregates 20 to 25 mm nominal size in appropriate quantity as per specification, mechanically vibrated using and surface screed vibrators, vaccume pump power floater, power trovel, concrete floor cutter etc. Including approved quality floor hardener @ 2 kg/smt on top surface incl. steel form work with 200 mm M.S. channel sections incl. proper curing and providing and filling construction joint and dummy joints with "shalitax" primer silflex sheet not less than 20 mm th. incl. rounding the edges and cutting the groove by using concrete cutter in zigzac pattern upto 1/3 depth of the RCC thicknes and not less than 10 mm in width and filling the grooved by dummy joints with bitumen sealing compound of grade-A Including making all necessary arrangments for expansion joints at every 15 mtr's square or as per site situation with filling bitumen etc. complete. Note :- This item will be excluded of reinforcement but Including centering, shuttering, MS form work, necessary tools & plants and all required materials etc. comp. as directed by Engg. In charge.

Providing & Fixing of factory made FUJI precast U shape surface storm water drain having size of 450 mm x 450 mm X 2000 mm long ( in-2-in dimension from top), T-25 load carrying capacity - 10 T Axle Load - 5 T Wheel Load confirming to JIS having high performance self- compacting concrete of M40 Cylinder Strength/ M50 Cube Strength & Fe 500 / Fe 500D shall be use for reinforcement. The product shall have tie shape joint 10 20 mm width X 25 mm depth groove as per JIS on both sides of each Storm water drain for jointing two precast drains using cement mortar or suitable non shrink grout. The precast Storm water drain must consist of special in built inlets at appropriate location for fixing De- shackle for mechanical installation , including supply ,transportation ,installation on specific location at site in line ,level , gradient and plumb with necessary testing commissioning etc complete as per instruction of engineer in charge. In no case the casting shall be allowed to be prepared at site. It should be casted in the stringent atmospheric & pre-defined condition, as per approved QAP as by Engineer In charge.

Landscaping of garden including flower beds, lawn, trees (10' to 12' ht), shrubs (3' to 5' ht), ground cover etc. of approved species as per detail drawings at site which include Trenching in ordinary soil up to depth of 60 cms. including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of by spreading and neatly levelling with all lead and lift and making up the ground and trenched area to proper levels by filling with good earth or earth mixed with sludge or/ and manure before and after flooding trench with water. Supplying and spreading of good earth ,sludge! manure from approved source. Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods. Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation. Fine dressing the ground. Spreading of sludge, Mixing earth and sludge or manure in proportion specified or directed. planting with 'approved quality plants, trees, lawn etc as per architects instructions including watering and maintenance of the plant for 200 days or more till the plant forms a flowering, free from weed and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, all materials, fertilizers, fertile sandy soil, FYM, coco pit bricks manure, pesticides etc complete.

Constructiion of under ground water tank with providing and laying controlled cement concrete M 250 mix for RCC work including reinforcement, boxing, centering, vibrating, curing and mixed with approved water proofing cement compount or "CEMWET" or PIDICRETE LW" integral water proffing admixture as water proofing agent to be mixed with 50 kgs. bags shall be as recommended by the manufacture of the water proofing material, concrete work for top, bottom slab & side pardi for under ground water tank item including necessary excavation & refilling the avialble earth, 15 cm thick 1 : 4 : 8 for bedding of concrete, 15 mm thick water proofing cement plaster in C. I. cover 0.60 x 0.45 weight not less then 35 kg. with locking arrangement etc. complete as per structural drawing including steel & as directed by Engineer in charge.
