Providing work services for 11KV/433 volts sub station consisting of transformers, DG sets with connected switch gears and related HT/LT switch gears, distribution systems, UG cables/devices fixed in the installations and maintenance of service cells etc., on all days including Sundays and Holidays all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for area covered under the following installations:- (a) 2 PARA (SF) sub station with one electrician skilled per shift (8 hrs) for 2 shifts per day.
Providing work services for OTM and married Accn pump house consisting of centrifugal / monobloc / submersible pump sets, star delta / DOL starters, foot vlaves / NRVs / sluice valves etc including manual chlorination and operation of DG Sets for the following installations on all days including Sundays and Holidays all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) 2 PARA (SF) pump house with one FGM skilled per shift (8 hrs) for 2 shifts per day. NOTE FOR SL ITEM NO. 1.01 to 1.02 :- The Rate quoted is deemed to be included for following:- (i) The contractor shall supply two sets of uniform with name plate and one set of safety foot wear which consists of safety shoes with socks to each person. (ii) The Contractor shall provide pipe wrench, spanner set, ladder, Die sets, torch, rain coat, chlorine mask, Chlorine test kit, First Aid kit, Sluice valve wheel, electric tool kit (for each electrician), HT/LT megger, safety belt, earth discharge rod and HT hand gloves for each installation. (iii) The contractor shall responsible for cleaning of the Installations and surrounding area. (iv) At the time of Inspection /VIP visit, The Contractor should be present at Installation. (v) Maintenance of log book and chlorine register are the responsibility of Contractor.
Testing of water sample and get bacteriological and chemical analysis and other parameters test conforming to IS- 10500-2012 from Govt recogonised institute (NABL ACCREDITED LABORATORY) and submission of test report complete all as specified and as directed.
