Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cable, fixing of stay etc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 in depth and getting out in hard/dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returing, filling in incl spreading, levelling watering and well remming in layers n.exc 25cm, in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and diercted.

Taking up / down old DI/GI/PP-R tubing connection including clearing (from trenches) complete all as directed of following size: (a) 20mm bore

(b) 25mm bore

(c) 40mm bore

(d) 50mm bore

Supply and fixing in replacement of 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed piper SDR 7.4 ((PN-16) VU stabilized and antimicrobial dusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings 20 mm outer dia with all fitting laid in trenches or fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per srl item No 5.00 here-in-before but outer dia 25mm.

Ditto all as per srl item No 5.00 here-in-before but outer dia 40mm.

Taking down old unserviceable gate valve/Ball Valve/Air release valve GI/PPR of size 20/25/40/50 mm bore complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing PP-R gate valve (brass insert) for 50 mm dia pipe as per requirement of the site all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PP-R ball valve (brass insert) for 40 mm dia pipe as per requirement of the site all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PP-R ball valve (brass insert) for 25 mm dia pipe as per requirement of the site all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PP-R ball valve (brass insert) for 20 mm dia pipe as per requirement of the site all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable water heating system/Hamam of capacity 300 Ltrs with diesel/kerosene burner of 5 inch with boiler and diesel/kerosene tank Inner sheet made of 10 SWG mild steel sheet and outer sheet shall be made of 16 SWG of mild steel sheet. Glass wool insulatiuon of 25mm thickness to be provided between outer and inner sheet. 100mm dia MS pipes is to be be fitted in centre which will act as heater. One direct water connection for input of water. Funnel for pouring water manually to be provided. One over flow pipe, 3 outputs of hot water from the boiler with bib taps to be provided. Inner chamber is to be painted with boiler paint and external steel surface are to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide incl necessary components like stands for hamam, stand for uell tank and feul pipe for connecting burner, diesel/kerosene tank etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting carefully the Hamam motor of any capacity and rewinding of copper winding of motor with super enamelled copper wire with existing size and gauge including varnishing, heating and testing, commissioning and reconnecting incld welding of MS part all as required to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Puff insulated PVC water tank of capacity 500 Ltrs including necessary connections to water supply pipe line etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rubber house pipe for lorry filling point incl fitting of size 50mm dia pipe complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing GI tubing 50mm bore medium grade conforming to IS : 1239 with all fittings laid in trenches / fixing on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing GI tubing 40mm bore medium grade conforming to IS : 1239 with all fittings laid in trenches/fixing on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing Gun metal gate valve 50 mm, screwed body ends and cast iron hand wheel conforming to IS 778-1984 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PPR Air release valve of size 40/50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of DOL starter in sheet steel enclosure type MK-1 suitable for motor 3 phase, 415 Volts 5 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Havells cat part No IHADOAJ1* /Legrand/ CG/L&T/HPL

Disconnecting electrical connection from the starter/panel for submersible pump set upto 17.5 HP capacity taking up motor and pump set including coloumn pipe from bore well for repair of unserviceable submersible pump/motor/ replacement/cleaning of coloumn pipe/ replacement of submersible cable and after repair of motor/pump/replacement of column pipe/replacement of submersible cable reinstalling the same and making necessary electrical connection and lowering the pump and motor including transporting testing and commissing etc all as directed. Note : Spares required for repair of submersible pump/motor work will be measured in relevant item of BOQ

Split opening the submessible motor 7.5 HP capacity and taking out worn out winding and rewinding with copper winding wire as per existing gauge including overall insulation and including replacement of defective parts intermediate sheet bottom and top thrust plate, support bush, oil seal, diaphram, 'O' ring, Key, sand guard and stud and nut complete reassembling the motor complete and M & L for machining (remetalling, grinding, etc) the shaft and turning, polishing to shaft supply and fixing suitable size gun metal bushes etc reassembling the pump completely all as directed.

Supply only Borewell submersible pump motor set 5Hp, (12-20) stage, discharge outlet size 50 mm, maximum discharge flow 100-500 LPM, three phase, 3000 rpm, 400V, Suitable for 200 mm casing pipe all as directed and specified. Make- Kirloskar KS4H-8020 / CG/ Jyoti/ KSB/ABB/ Havells

Supply ony PVC insulated submersible cable 3 core flat copper conductor (including jointing material) size 6 Sqm 1100 Volt, confirming to IS 694- 1940 complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for Mild steel plates of grade FE-410-W (Gde-E 250 quality A) (plain or chequered) cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment including taking down old one all as directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 34895.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
