M/L PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for fixing RCC/ any fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed

S&F MS angle iron posts and struts, flat & round bars in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, bolting etc and similar works like MS flat iron fillets confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Preparation of new steel surfaces any width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions, in Ground floors (Floor Topping, Sub Base etc) not exc 150mm thick, above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC with type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate ) 75mm thick as in sub base. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC with type B-0. 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) 40 mm thick as in flooring and finishing the floor even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of colour 50% red coloured tiles and 50% grey coloured tiles confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade and including filling of interstices with fine sand over including 25mm thick layer of sand cusion ocomplete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 29 above but using old paver blocks retrieved from dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

Machine made kerb stones, prepolished, rubber moulded in cement concrete 1:½:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, hydraulically pressed laid in trenches including necessary earth work in any type of soil including setting & jointing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick old size straight & curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 with pointing complete all as speicified and as directed.

All as per item no 33 above but except bricks in half brick thick wall complete all as speicified and as directed.
