Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing Centrifugally cast ( Spun ) Ductile iron Pressure pipe ISI Marked confirming to IS-8329-2000 ( Reaffirmed -2005 Edition 4.1 ) of following size with socket spigot ends, suitable for "Push on Joints ( Tyton Joint )" each standard working lengths supplied with rubber gaskets duly ISI marked for water supply, Class K-9 with socket with cement mortar lining inside and metallic Zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous paint on outside the pipe with out polythylene sleeves but including "Push on Joint" supplied with ISI Marked EPDM rubber gasket conforming to IS-5382-1985 ( reaffirmed-2003 ) laid in trenches ( including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends/ Tyton joints and lead joints for the complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

S&F in replacement cast iron bends (any radius and angle) tappers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket) Tee, pieces single branch, “ Y” junction, double branch, cross ( all socket or socket spigot) collars, caps, caps & plugs of the size upto 450mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F connecting, jointing and testing of Ductile iron pipe fittings ( Specials ) heavy duty for any type ( flanged / socketed ) pipes such as, bends ( any type radius, and angle ), tapers, any type straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc. Tee pieces, ring branch, Y junction, double branch, cross ( all socket or socket and spigot ), collars, caps and plugs, adapters etc. of any size radius and length conforming to IS 9523 / 2000 specifications with external bitumen coating and internal cement mortor lining and metallic Zinc coating of size upto 450mm bore including taking out old CI fittings complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of bituminous Road/floor/plinth protection for laying pipe not exceeding 1.5m and 1.5m depth including refiling with excavated material and watering well ramming/compecting and making good with PCC 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directred by Engg-in-charge Note: PCC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in filling mass concrete and making good distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for water pipe line route indicator duly engravd with "PIPE LINE MES" made out of pre-cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) of size 120 cm height 15cmx15cm cross section at bottom tapered to cross section 10cmx10cm at top duly reinforced with 4 Nos 10mm dia TMT main bars and 8 mm dia TMT bar as in stirrups @ 150mm c/c complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate deemed included Excavation and PCC work .

Removal of detoriated valve chamber cover and providing with new MS frame work made of 25 x25 x 3mm angle iron complete and top cover made out of 3.15 mm hick MS sheet duly hinged with frame including grouting / fixing into wall chamber and painting with two coats of enamell paint over a coat of red oxide and locking arrangement , lifting hook etc complete all as specified.
