M&L for framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4 to 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid on GI frame work comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centr/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspeneded from soofit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fastenerswith and including ceiling section(not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips accross the intemediate channel at 457mm centre to centre fixed with hangers 6mm dia.GI(upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flate 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (Grey/red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid dry over and including 50 mm thick screened river washed sand cushion including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6, including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick light shade on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished rough to receive tiles including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at edges for fixing on solid PVC wall lining, Insulated PVC wall lining, and solid PVC partitions inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with PVC frame work 5mm thick and 35mm wide including demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulated, etc.) or insulation boards/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.
