Heavy Dressing Heavy Dressing of the existing road including dressing high spots, filling low spots and making up loss of material/irregularities, removing of all vegetation, cambering, watering, rollong with 8 to 10 tonne roller to obtain a specified compaction etc. to obtain a uniform formation surface with cross fall from the road centre line to the outer shoulder edge with allowance, made for required quantity of shoulder materials to remain in place to contain the new gravel layer. Works to be carried out in accordance with Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer.
