Material and labour of applying chloride free rust removing chemical on resting structural member and removing all rust from steel surface member by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry and totally rust free of steel surface member and application two component epoxy zinc-rich primer over treat steel surface of minimum specific 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 all as complete as per manufacturer's instruction as specified and as directed. Material and labour for introducing new reinforcement bars upto 12mm dia for structural connection in RCC beams ,columns lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diametres in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power driling fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy cleaning of loose dust by blowing air sealing with epoxy cartridges etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mixing and application of two competent structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar where local spelling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The mortar can be applied in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45M/mm2 in 28 days Minimum flextural strength should be 8N/mm2 in 28 days .A modified styrene styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of micro concrete to be used @6 litre/bag of cement.
