Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth and getting out in any type of soil for taking out/laying cables complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing, PCC hard standing for taking out/laying of pipe lines including filling of PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete including making good the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable aluminium armoured PVC sheathed LT cable laid in trenches/walls/ducts/roof/fixed to poles & panels etc for replacement after excavation of following sizes :- (Note : (i) Earth work excavation will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply & fixing including testing & commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade of following sizes laid in trenches/fixed to poles & pannels etc:- (Note:- (i) Layout of cable shall be approved by GE before laying the same at site. (ii) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (iii) Manufacturer's test certificate, Tax invoice, purchase voucher & e-way bill shall be produced by contractor in original for verification of Engineer-in-Charge with material laid on site.)

Supply filling and spreading, levelling of clean dry Yamuna river sand to required width at bottom and top for cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned depth of sand cushioning shall be measured and paid.)

Supply & laying of kiln brunt bricks sub class 'B' old size laid in trenches with width equal to length of bricks across the cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in replacement of medium grade Galvanised steel pipe 40mm bore for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

M&L for taking out old and broken PCC pole of any size/height from the existing size by breaking the foundation and dismantling the cable connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum in any type of soil, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with around earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface

Supply and fix in replacement, errecting of steel tubular poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Providing PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations filling mass concrete bed of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Provinding PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grded crushed stone aggregate as in coping bed plate including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc all as directed.,complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement 90 watt LED lumens building security light 115 Lm/watt new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP-66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 including making connections with GI pipe 0.6 mtr angle bracket fixing on wall using suitable fastners and connectng to ceiling rose with appropriate copper wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 120 watt LED flood light new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP-66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 including making connections with GI pipe 0.6 mtr angle bracket fixing on wall using suitable fastners and connectng to ceiling rose with appropriate copper wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing poly carbonate junction box , weather and vermin proof of suitable size including provn of 2 Nos aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm size bus bar single phase and neutral suitabely mounted on bus bar insulators , including one No. MCB SP 6 Amps for light control,drilling of holes.Provn of suitable size of GI nuts, bolts, earthing bolt, double washer and galvanised flat iron clamps of suitable size for taking connections and fixing on LT steel tubular poles complete with locking arrangement complete including cable gland of suitable size at entry and exit point of cable. Note: i) Box shall be provided at 1 metre above the pedastal of pole. ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include bus bars, MCB and clamps.

M&L for carefully taking down old copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,same board, independent or power) including complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor & ceiling etc.

M&L point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC pre insulated FRLS and unsheathed cable enclosed in and including PVC casing and caping double locked box type with all PVC accessories such as Tee, bend, collar, elbow, square junction box etc fixed on the surface of wall/ceiling by means of PVCsleevel/dash fastners with cadmium plated screws including suitable size of PVC boards for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, fan regulator etc including 1.5 Sqmm insulated but unsheathed copper earth continuity conductor to common earth and connedcted to earth dolly for the following :-

M& L for Writing/Engraving of SM/MES No. of Different installed Plant/Pump Sets/ DG Set Machinery by engarving numbers on Aluminium plate properly afixed on the body of plant, cost of Brass Plate deemed to be included in qouted rates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of Nature Switch (using Infrared Sensor technology) based Automatic Street Light Control Panel designed for a total load of Single-phase 5-8 kW. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux* level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for Switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max. 12 hrs. The Sensor along with Power Contactor of rating 40 Amps and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs of rating 40 Amps and should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Enclosure conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. Sensor By-Pass option) with control wiring of not less tha 10 Sqmm copper conductor with provision of mounting on suitable angle iron frame along with PCC foundation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
