Removing the existing damaged/broken GI check nuts and S&F 6mm thick GI medium grade check nuts suitable for 32mm dia GI pipe of GI Charpoy, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Conversion of existing GI Charpoy (FD-220) by removing existing nylon near from charpoy. Tightening the frame work, welding 8 Nos welded baracke made out of Angle iron of size 35x35x5mm , (150mm long), 02 Nos welded each to long rail at equal distance and (75mm long) 02 Nos each to short rail at equal distance. Providing 02 Nos Angle iron stiffner of size 35x35x5mm (840mm long) duly cut/bent to shape & fixing in level on the brackets provided at each long rail with nut & bolt, painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of redoxide to the brackets & stiffner. S&F plywood 12mm thick BWR grade, (ISI marked) of size 2020x900mm over the stiffner and brackets at short rail with 6mm dia 50mm nuts all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
