Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+6 - 10 Nos of 8 passenger having capacity 544 Kg (Make- Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited) installed at 'H' pocket bldg No.96 to P-105 by topping up oil in gear box and greasing all required parts i.e. sliding parts, railing etc, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including cleaning, checking, tightening of all nut, bolts, electric connection, alingement of rope, greasing as required, also diagnosing and removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards, Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks, brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensors and other minor and major mechanical parts including taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed.

Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+6 - 10 Nos of 13 passenger having capacity 884 Kg (Make- Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited) installed 'H' pocket bldg No.96 to P-105 by topping up oil in gear box and greasing all required parts i.e. sliding parts, railing etc, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including cleaning, checking, tightening of all nut, bolts, electric connection, alingement of rope, greasing as required, also diagnosing and removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards, Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks, brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensors and other minor and major mechanical parts including taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed.

Note for srl item No. 1 to 2 :- (i) The above Maintenance shall be done through only E-in-C Branch's approved OEM rep or authorised agent of OEM ie M/S TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd/ Thyssenkrup Elevator Pvt Ltd (ii) The Contractor will have to submit MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) alongwith the tender on prescribed proforma (given in particular specifications) and copy of Annual Maintenance Contract (With machine Nos of each lift) from OEM on stamped paper (minimum Rs. 100/-) , failure which tender will not be opened. (iii) All the spare parts of the Lift shall be purchased from the OEM or his authorised distributor. (iv) Any spare parts required to be replaced during the period of tender in any lift shall be replaced by the contractor within the cost of this item. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account except srl item No. 3, 4 & 5 i.e cabin fan, ceiling light and UPS battery. (v) The spare parts which are not specified/mentioned in Srl item No. 1 to 2 but are necessary for the satisfactory functioning of the lift shall also be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

(vi) Labour charges for dismantling unserviceable parts and fixing of new spare items/parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (vii) The complaint/breakdown will be attended within specified time as mentioned in PS. (viii) Rescue operator to be deployed for three shifts of eight hours on all days. Rate deemed to be included for any rescue operation for any emergency during the contract period for srl item No. 1 & 2. The rescue operator will make daily attendance with JE E/M or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. In case rescue operator is not present a penalty or Rs. 1000/- per shift will be levied. Rescue operator will keep the lift room and lift car neat and clean. Necessary cleaning material will be provided by the contractor. The rescue operator deployed should be in dress/uniform as directed by deptt. The contractor will submit duty roster of rescue operator to deptt. (ix) The contractor will have to purchase suitable plan (having provn of repair/replacement of all parts within package/plan rates except cabin fan, ceiling light and UPS battery) for the lifts from the OEM ,the same will be also mentioned in MOU.

(x) As a part of maintenance, OEM will provide basic training to rescue operator and CUSTOMER/USER with respect to rescuing passengers entrapped in elevators. (xii) Mob No. of OEM technician and rescue oprs wiil be displayed on each lift and Guard room. (xiii) Maintenance records as mentioned in PS will be maintained by the contractor duly signed by service team, contractor and shall be submitted to deptt as per maintenance schedule. (xiv) The contractor through OEM will carryout the maintenance as per frequency specified in particular specification within overall quoted rate.

Dismantling the cabin fans of size 300mm sweep from lift, removing the burnt out winding wires, rewinding with winding wires and insulation materials overhauling/servicing, greasing/ lubricating, insulating electric leads, bearing/ bushes , bolts nuts, condensor, assembling back checking for proper function and testing all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and replace cabin fan 300mm sweep as per existing type suitable for lift all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace LED recessed ceiling light 5W as per existing type in lift all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace UPS battery for 8/13 passenger lift 18 AH, 12 V as per existing type in lift all as specified and directed. Make : Exide/Amaron/TATA

Supply and fixing in replacement RCCB double pole, 30mA, 16 to 25 Amps completeall as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement RCCB Four pole, 30mA, 25 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement RCCB Four pole, 30mA, 40 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed (heavy duty) electric strip/ wire armoured electric cable of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core with stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in,soft/loose soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soft/loose soil soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches, punned down to thickness of 18cm complete all as specified. Note: punned down thickness of 18cm shall be measured for payment.

Supply & laying old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting of existing road/PCC surface any type for for laying cables/pipes of size 200 mm width and upto 200mm depth complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Boring hole under the road/ pavement/ hard standing and inserting HDPE pipe of 100mm at a depth not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified & directed. Note: The quoted rate includes cost of HDPE pipe 100mm pipe min

M&L for GI pipe light grade 50mm dia bore with all reqd fittings for cable protection layed in wall/trench/under road complete all as speciifed and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC work (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation of electric pole, etc. including necessary form work and fare finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified.
