Planning, Designing, and Construction of RCC framed structure building SCHOOL BUILDING (G+1), AT TIHU HIGH SCHOOL, NALBARI DISTRICT, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms , NMC norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works, Levelling, Earth Filling, Dismantling of Existing Assam Type Building, Internal Road, foothpath, overhead tank, Septic Tank, distribution lines , Borewell, Trence and sewage & drainage pump approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station (Including APDCL Load Security fee), CCTV, Access control system, IP Based EPABX system and Emergency Light and Illuminated digital signages with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, UPS, CCTV SYSTEM, Fire Extinguisher, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Supplying, Installation of Class room, Principal Room, Vice Principal Room, Library, Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Biology Lab, Staff Room, Computer Lab, Furniture : Audio Visual System for Smart Class Room, Testing and commissioning including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
