M & L for Dismantling carefully the delivery pipe line of submersible pump set from water mains, Lifting / taking out the GI column pipes upto 50 mm dia/ Submersible cable/ defective Submersible pump set from bore well transporting to workshop opening the pump set including repair/replacement of worn out parts, oiling/greasing, lubricating the parts and reassembling, shifting back to bore well and lowering of repaired submersible pump set with GI column pipe 50 mm dia / submersible cable etc, complete in the bore well at various sites under GE (AF) Marathahalli, complete upto 200mtrs deep all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No.01 but , from 200mtrs to 350 mtrs deep. (Note for 01 & 02 :- The above quoted Rates deemed to be inclusive for jointing of Submersible Cable , reconnecting the delivery pipe line of submersible pump sets to water mains , testing for satisfactory running & continuous flow of water complete all as specified).

Repairs & Servicing of defective submersible pump of capacity 5 HP to 15 HP by dismantling the pump & removing unserviceable parts , assemble the pump properly after replacements of unserviceable parts. Note:- (a) The rates are inclusive of transporting the pump from bore well site to civil work shop for repair & back to site. (b) The rate are inclusive of turning / finishing work for fixing of parts properly. (c) The rates are inclusive of testing of pump at borewell installation for satisfactory functioning /running. (d) The replacement of unserviceable parts will be paid & measured separately under relevant item of schedule.

(b) GM bearing Bush

(c) Brass impeller

(d) Mild steel key for Impeller

(e) SS studs with Nuts 10mm

(f) CI intermediate Section

(h) High Tensile steel shaft

M & L for repair & Servicing of defective submersible motor of capacity 5 to 15 HP by dismantling the motor & removing unserviceable parts, assemble the motor properly after replacement of unserviceable parts. Note:- (a) The rates are inclusive of turning / finishing work for fixing of parts properly. (b) The rates are inclusive of testing of motor at borewell installation for satisfactory functioning / running. (c) The replacement of unserviceable parts will be paid & measured separately under relevant item of schedule.

Supply only for following parts of submersible motor of capacity 5 to 15 HP :- (a) Bearing bush Gunmetal

(b) Bearing bush SS with Rubber

(c) Oil seal

(d) Thrust plate / thrust bearing set.

(e) Sand guard

(f) CI thrust casing

(g) SS stud with nuts 8 mm dia

Rewinding of defective submersible motor by taking out burnt copper winding, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush & washing with pressure water & shall be dried, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and other petty items required for making motor functional and checking the winding leak proof & taking out the electric connection with suitable size of submersible cable up to 03 mtrs for motors upto 5/7.5 HP capacity.

All as per Sl item No.7 but, for capacity 10 HP to 15 HP

Repair/replacement to column pipe heavy duty upto 50 mm dia by cutting the worn out portion of threads & re-threading at each end of pipe to make required length complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the unserviceble gate valve including supply and fix Gunmetal gate valve 50 mm dia.

Taking out the unserviceble gate valve including supply and fix for Gunmetal gate valve 40 mm dia.

Taking out the unserviceble non return valve including supply and fix for Gunmetal Non Return valve 50 mmdia.

Taking out the unserviceable pipe including supply & fix GI pipe heavy duty of size 50 mm dia with ISI mark including socket at one end complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jindal/TATA/BST.

Taking out the unserviceble submersible cable including Supply & Fix Flat 3 core PVC insulated submersible cable of size 2.5 sqmm, multistranded copper conductor, confirming to IS:694, flexible 1100 volts suitable for submersible pumpset complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Finolex/Polycab.

All as per Sl item No.14 above, but , size 4.0 sqmm 3 core. Make : Havells/Finolex/Polycab.

All as per Sl item No.14 above, but, size 6.0 sqmm 3 core. Make : Havells/Finolex/Polycab.

Taking out the unserviceble starter from position including Supply and fix DOL starter suitable for submersible pump set of capacity 5 HP, AC 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz with sheet metal enclosure (Conforms to IS:13947-4) incl single phase preventer complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells Code - IHPDOLLA*E/ L&T/BCH.

All as per Sl item No.17 above, but, for submersible pump of 7.5 HP capacity. Make : Havells Code - IHPDOLMB*F/ L&T/BCH.

Taking out the unserviceble starter from position including supply and fix Fully automatic Star Delta starter suitable for submersible pump set of capacity 15 HP, AC 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz with sheet metal enclosure (Conforms to IS:13947-4) incl single phase preventer complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells Code - IHPASDNC*/L&T/BCH.

All as per Sl item No.19 above, but , for submersible pump of 10.0 HP capacity. Make : Havells Code -IHPASDMB*/ L&T/BCH.

S & F Ammeter of rating 0-30 Amp analog type alongwith suitable CTs in replacement including making connections. Make: AE/ Havells/ BCH/ L&T.

S & F volt meter of rating 0-500 volts analog type with all wiring in replacement of existing u/s. Make: AE/ Havells/ BCH/ L&T.

Taking out the unserviceble single phase preventer from position including supply and fix single phase preventer suitable for upto 15 HP submersible pump 3 phase, 415 Volts including all necessary wiring. Make : Minilac or equivalent.

M & L for development of borewell by means of slushing/flushing of accumulated soil from borewell of 150 to 250mm dia & depth up to 300 mtrs by using compressed air/ special tools/ accessories and after with 25% extra capacity pump and pumping out the muddy water complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rates for the above item shall be inclusive of hiring the Air compressor with fuel /special tools and all accessories also arrangement of 25% higher capacity pump of the existing including transportation of the same & Labour charges for Specially trained man power for the work of disiliting of bore well.

Taking out the water sample from various locations as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge and carried out the biological & chemical testing for potablity of water from Government of Karnataka Department of mines & Geology state ground water cell Bangalore for testing and obtaining analysed report consisting of :- (a) Calcium(Ca), (b) Magnesium(Mg), Sodium(Na), Potassium(K), Total Iron(Fe), pH Value,Total Hardness(as CaCO3), Sulphate(as SO4),Nitrate(as NO3) complete. Note : Empty Bottles for collecting the water sample shall be arranged by the contractor all as per specified quantity by the Department.

S & F in replacement 3 pole power contactor. Make : Havells/L&T (ML-1) /BCH.

S & F in replacement overload relay range 13-21 Amp 230 Volt. Make : Havells/L&T/BCH

S & F GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for protection for cable under roads, crossings/ culverts including jointing at ends, complete all as specified.

S & F MCCB 63 Amps,TP 16 kA, with fixed thermal and magnetic setting, AC 415 Volts (Conforms to IEC:60947-II / IS:13947-II) in replacement of existing u/s including making all incoming and outgoing connections with proper thimbling complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells or equivalent in Legrand/ABB/Siemens.

S & F in replacement of push button as per existing, AC, 220 volts of colors Red & Green. Make : ESBEE/ Telemacanique or equivalent

S & F in replacement of indicator lamp assembly LED type with red /green/blue including making incoming and outgoing connections complete all as specified and directed. Make : AE/ L& T/ Slazer.

Preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth applying one coat of red oxide and one coat synthetic enamel paint complete.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for making good the disturbed surfaces during cutting existing road/path/ hard standing for laying of cable to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering funnel wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified. Note:: (i) The unit rate includes earth wire and protection pipe up to (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed at least 0.5 metre away from each earth chamber.

M & L for Yield test/checking the water level in the borewell by means of inserting water proof camera designed for the purpose complete with all equipment and recording the details, providing soft copy of the same alongwith proper test sheet at various location under GE (AF) Marathahalli as directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing Submersible pump set of 7.5 HP, 22 stage,48 mtrs head, 3 phase, 415Volts to replace defective pump set complete.

Supply and fixing( HDPE) High density poly ethyliene pipes of pressure rating 6 kg/cm2 of size 50 mm fixed complete in inside borewell for pumping of water fromborewell etc.including jointing at ends complete all as specified.

Disconnection and removing the Serviceable cable connected to the Centrifugal pumpset alongwith Suction and Delivery GI Pipe connections, Valves etc and carried out servicing/overhauling and finding out the faults if any and re-fixing back the pumpset after repairs in its original position connecting the cables, suction and delivery pipelines & Valves testing and commissioning complete for Centrifugal Pumpset of Capacity 5 HP/7.5 HP Note :- For SL Item No : 19 to 23 (i) The cost of the rewinding and spares such as Impellers, Bearings, Bushes, Shaft, Cable and Pipes, Medium grade GI Sockets to be measured and paid separately under the respective Schedule 'A' Items. The list of spares not specified here-in-after in the BOQ are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted (ii) All Misc items required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate. (iii) The labour element required for removing and fixing all the spares except rewinding is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. The spare will be paid as supply only in relevant items.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable / burnt out windings of /centrifugal motors carefully and rewinding the same with fine enamelled bare copper condutor of same gauge weight, turns, and keeping the core and windings into the hot air oven till the moisture evaporates etc and refixing/assembling the same in its original position complete 5HP/7.5 HP Note : The labour element required for remoing and refixing the winding core to motor/pump is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted
