Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

Storm water drain shall be desilted as per the instruction of site Engineer. and concerned officials of corporation

Successful Bidder Shall Ensure that necessary machinery/labour is deployed for desilting the entire stretch of storm water drain such that no hindrance is caused for the free flow of water and causing artificial flooding.

Any artificial flooding caused adjacent to storm water drain caused due to improper desilting of the storm water drain. Bidder shall be solely held responsible and same shall be cleaned on priority.

Successful bidder shall deploy the necessary machinery and labour in the viscinity of the storm water drain till October 2025 and ensure that no artificial flooding occurs in the area

Bidder shall mandatory complete the work within the prescribed time frame as mentioned in the work order.

Bill for execution of said work shall be processed post Monsoon of 2025

Any damage caused to private boundary wall or essential utilities like water supply line, Electrical pole, cable etc., or any other property of the city corporation. The same shall be restored to original condition else necessary penalty will be imposed.

It shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder to arrange suitable substitute machinery for desilting if there is any mechanical defect in the machinery during the execution of the work.
