Cleaning & Desilting of peripheral and internal covered SW drain of any width & depth, including taking out dry/wet/semi wet sludge, silt and malba rubbish etc. (i/c any dead animal etc.) etc. and disposal of the excavated material for all lead & all lift/depth at Municipal dumping ground/low lying area and opening (dismantling old CC if required) & refixing of drain cover with Cement Concrete, 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 coarse sand derived from natural sources:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources)cleaning of bell mouth, removal of blockage, creating obstruction in smooth flow of drain or under water/ liquid mud including pumping out of water, if required in or under foul condition etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-inCcharge (Before and after GPS Photographs has to be submitted by agency) (For payment purpose, Plan area of executed drain surface area will be measured).

Cleaning of kerb channel ofmain carriageway and for service lane (whereever available) of any width, including removing of all kind of material, malba, rubbish, silt and dust etc., and disposal of the same material for all lead & all lift/depth at Municipal dumping ground/low lying area or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and opening and cleaning of bell mouth, removal of blockage, creating obstruction in smooth flow of water etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Before and after GPS Photographs has to be submitted by agency) (For payment purpose, length of kerb channel will be measured).

Cleaning of Choked Drain by Diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000litres water jetting tank capacity i/c skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and desilting of drain and manholes and dechocking of drain. Dechocking and flushing of drain from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI of depth more than 300mm. (Before and after GPS Photographs has to be submitted by agency)

Making bell mouth opening/ entrance of size 100x50x50 cm for drainage pipe under footpath, including providing cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for shape of bell mouth, including plastering providing and fixing precast R.C.C./ S.F.R.C. slab including plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of 6 mm thickness on exposed surface of the slab & bell mouth including centring, shuttering & neat cement punning inside the bell mouth etc. all complete.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 150 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers of Make "KK" & "SUSHMA" on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Before and after GPS Photographs has to be submitted by agency)

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality a) Circular shape 560 mm internal diameter

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Terms & Conditions: 1. As this work is time bound & urgent work so if required more than one team shall be m obilised by the agency in case of urgency/emergency, other than normal working hours within two hours of given instructions by Engineer-in-charge. No extra payment shall be made for this. Failure of which penalty of Rs 5000/- shall be imposed on the agency. 2. In Case of any emergency, the agency shall have to deploy the team even in odd hours i.e. night hours to attend the emergency. Failure of which penalty of Rs 5,000/- shall be imposed on the agency. 3. The agency should quote the rates accordingly as safe disposal within the municipal limits as per DPCC/NGT guidelines will be the sole responsibility of the agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account by the department. Taking permission of MCD Dhalao/ Dumping site will be the sole responsibility of agency itself. 4. All safety measures/precautions are to be taken while doing the work. In case of any causality, agency will be sole responsible. There will be no role of DDA in it. 5. During execution of work if any challan is received in this office from NGT, MCD, DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other govt. agency, the same shall be borne by the agency and if fails double the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency. Nothing extra will be paid to agency on this account. 6. Rate is inclusive of all T&P required for the work and shall be arranged by the contractor itself. 7. If the agency fails to do the work on the direction of Site Staff or Engineer-in-charge by any communication means i.e by phone, Whatsapp or by Site Order Book within 24 hours then the penalty of Rs 2000/- shall be imposed for per day delay. In case of any dispute, decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be final and binding. 8. In case of any emergency, the agency shall have to deploy his team at any location under jurisdiction of DMD-II as and when directed by Engineer-in-charge. Failure of which penalty of Rs 5,000/- will be imposed and work will be forfeited. Decision of Engineer-in-charge will be final and binding. 9. The agency shall submit before and after GPS enabled photographs/videos of every day of work. Failure of which penalty of Rs 500/- per day will be imposed. 10. The agency will perform the work stretch wise/road-wise except if any direction has been issued by Engineer-in-Charge.
