Labour charges for cleaning (sand blasting) the surface of embedded parts, skin plate,vertical stiffener, horizontal girder, turnbuckles, rope bracket etc area to be cleaned as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for priming one coat of 40 micron thick with any approved primer (Epilux 610 primer Redoxide) to exterior surface of the gate components down stream side of skinplate, Horizontal gireder, vertical stifeners, turn buckles, rope brackets and other parts of downstream side of the gate including scaffolding above 4.60 mtr to any height as per specification of paint manufacturer and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for painting 1st coat of 100 micron with any approved paint (i.e coaltar epoxy based paints to the upstream and down -stream area of gate including scaffolding above 4.60 mtr to any height as per specification of paint manufactures and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for painting 2nd coat of 100 micron with any approved paint (i.e coaltar epoxy based paints to the upstream and down -stream area of gate including scaffolding above 4.60 mtr to any height as per specification of paint manufactures and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply Cost of approved primer, paints & thinner for priming one coat of 40 micron thick with any approved primer (Epilux 610 primer Redoxide) to exterior surface of the gate components down stream side of gate, and for painting 1st coat and 2nd coat of 100 micron with any approved paint (i.e coaltar epoxy based paints to the down -stream area of the skinplate , vertical stifener, Horizontal Girders with bracing etc as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Infrastructural arrengement such as providing tool& tackles for painter, like chain pully,Tripod stand, Jhula, Scafolding, safety belt, Helmet, holepunch, wire brush, rope, paint brush,sand paper, other tools & tackles etc. needed at the work site.

Supply of Bottom rubber seal (size( 100mm width x 12mm thick ) each having length 18.288 m for 10 no of stoplog

Labour charges for seal change of stoplog gate as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of structural steel materials for replacement / repair of web plate of undersluice gate no 5 and 8, HR gate no-3 of PMC and chq. plate of platform including 5% wastage material complete in all respects with all leads and lifts for smooth operation as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication cost for replacement/ repair of web plate of undersluice gate no 5, gate no 8, HR3 of PMC and chq. plate of platform including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, cleaning, finishing, including consumables,complete in all respects with all leads and lifts for smooth operation as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge.

Erection, positioning, aligning, fixing, including unloading and shifting upto location of all the repair works including machinery, labour, fixture, cutting, aligning, welding, cleaning, finishing complete in all respects with all leads and lifts for smooth operation as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge.
