Providing new CPVC pipe line connecting from Sump in adjacent BBNL Office to sump and OH tank, carpet grass in back side garden area, gate in existing compound wall in Type - VI quarter at SP Road, Secunderabad

1) Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

2) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

3) 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

4) 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

5) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm).

6) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

7) Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.

8) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall. 25 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

9) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge : External work. 25 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

10) Providing and fixing CPVC ball valve in CPVC pipe line including cutting and jointing with CPVC solvent cement etc complete. 25 mm nominal bore.

11) Providing and fixing CPVC union in CPVC pipe line including cutting and jointing with CPVC solvent cement etc complete. 25 mm nominal bore.

12) Providing and fixing of carpet grass of approved quality along with providing and mixing of vermi compost. The rate includes cost of carpet grass, vermicompost, transportation of grass & vermicompost, labour charges for fixing, all taxes etc and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. All complete and as per the directions of the Engineer - in - charge.

13) Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm to existing MS frames etc. including providing and fixing 20x4 mm MS flat fixed with self tapping screws, including welding wherever necessary etc all complete.
