Bidders shall attach the scanned copy of Valid and current MSE Certificate, together with classification list duly highlighting the tendered items for considering under Public Purchase Policy. Otherwise, offers will not be considered for the PPP.
Railway reserves right to procure BULK/ENTIRE quantity from sources approved by centralized approving agencies (RDSO, DLW, ICF, CLW, etc.), in case of restricted purchase.
If authorized agent of OEM, Tender specific authorization letter from OEM / principal with required undertaking as per eligibility criteria from OEM as well as dealer. Documentary evidence must be attached otherwise offer will be summarily rejected.
Offers from OEM/authorized dealers along with valid authorization dealership certificate only shall be considered. Otherwise offers shall be summarily rejected.
