Dismantling of AC sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) including AC ridges in large patches as in roof covering etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvaiume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping crews etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlin where connected to common rafters and running rails and guisides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe310-0, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints on new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including surface preparation etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing tar felt or of any description including cement plaster or concrete of any thickness from the roof surfaces of building including cleaning the surfaces in all respect & preparing it for further treatment & removing rubbish from site etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 40mm thick (avergae consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate laid in slope as in padding, finished even and smooth on existing slope including provision of 'V' shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm deep at 1.20 metre interval or parts thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) proportion etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of RCC/stone patti roof surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L roof treatment with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 2mm thick having centre core not less than 100 mircron high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 mircron HMHDPE film weight not less than 2.60 kg/ Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen primer Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kg /Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg /Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable 15mm GI tubing, fittings and connections and removing from site or keeping aside for refixing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable 20mm GI tubing, fittings and connections and removing from site or keeping aside for refixing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing old 15mm GI tubing galvanised with new fittings and fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors trenches including necessary cleaning, cutting, screwing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing old 20mm GI tubing galvanised with new fittings and fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors trenches including necessary cleaning, cutting, screwing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks,exc 250 ltr and n exc 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs ,cleaning,etc and hoisting if required reconnectioning and refixing in position etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- after taking down of water tank cleaning ,repairing etc measured separately.

Disconnecting existing tanks,exc 500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs ,cleaning,etc and hoisting if required reconnectioning and refixing in position etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-cleaning ,repairing etc measured separately.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description from sunken floor (ground or Ist floor) and removing and depositing materials exc 50 mtrs depositing level n exc. 1.5 m aove the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mass concrete filling using PCC (1:5:10) type E2 in sunken floor etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% and applying water proofing treatment on sunken portion with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composit compound as specified and approved & cement slurry two layers, Ist layer @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with composit compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm & the second layer slurry @ 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed 0.126 Kg of compound complete with min 4 hours allowed to air cure between these layers and applying 200 u polyfilm with adhesive, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick / stone/ concrete wall / ceiling surfaces of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-WPC measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ( For external plaster surfaces) etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling loose /disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bend shelves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and dobbing out with PCC 1:1:5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished required shape including applying anti corrosive paint on exposed surfaces of reinforcement and provision of necessary supporting form work and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, finished fair and even etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets, Suply & Fixing false ceiling with Everest Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the design (oceanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
