Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in hard gravelly soil as per SS 20 B for foundation

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for foundation

Filling the basement with Gritty Gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks (83/4X43/8X23/4) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and errection of centering for sides and soffits with M.S.sheet and country wood props including hire charges for materials and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joint smoothy with grinding machine and the surface etc.,

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and fabrication of the following steel doors including cost and conveyance and all charges etc complete.

Supplying and fabrication of the following window,Ventilators including cost and conveyance and all charges etc complete.

Fixing of the following steel doors , including cost and conveyance and all charges etc complete.

Fixing of the following window,Ventilators and counter including cost and conveyance and all charges etc complete.

Paving the Floor with Scratch proof ceramic Tiles of size 305 X 305 X 6mm Including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Datooing of Walls with glazed tiles of size 15cm X 15cm X 6mm Layding Cement motor 1:2 10mm thick and Pointing with white cement using 0.4kg per cm2 including cost and convince of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.

Granolethic floor finish with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS chips including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labourcharges etc, complete.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and all labour charges etc complete.
